Let me start with two things that weren't great
The rooms could use some paint and for the sake of everything being housekeeping back. If you offer a coffee machine in the room replenish stock. If I stay several nights I can only have coffee one day?

The good:
The team I experienced was fantastic. From check in, over breakfast, to when I had a question everyone did a great job and was genuinely helpful.

The rooms (I had a suite like room) was super spacious, was equipped perfectly for my needs and was clean (paint that bugger!!!)

The free breakfast. Those ladies worked really hard, offered a clean and well stocked experience and did a great job with a smile.
Yes it was a little simple but compared to any free hotel breakfast this was 5 stars all the way.

Lots of great food options around (try hard 8 bbq about 20 minutes away)

All in all a good 4.5 ish and I don't give good marks easily. Big thumbs up and congrats to management. Everyone was great!

I’m giving a 5 star review in recognition of the amazing housekeeping staff, the dedicated shuttle driver (Mr. Cruz), and the courteous front desk manager who was on shift from the late afternoon to evening from Sunday Dec 3 to (approx) Thursday Dec 8, 2023. These people understand what service is and they went above and beyond and I’m truly grateful. However, if I were to provide an alternate review based on my experience with Mr Blake (morning to early afternoon shift manager), I would give a 1 star. He was beyond terrible and exhibited no guest service traits. Couldn’t manage shuttles on schedule, wouldn’t run shuttle to same address (9797 Rombauer Rd, less 2 miles) every other manager had allowed shuttle to run previous 4 days. Would not get phone fixed when informed. Full of excuses, one after the other. No action whatsoever. I wouldn’t have him run my lemonade stand for 2 minutes.

Loved this place room was well suited for business travelers. Super Clean and comfortable. Great free Happy Hour and Breakfast.

Had a great weekend getaway! Highly recommend this property, everyone from front desk, dining area to housekeeping did an excellent job. Shoutout to Judy for the outstanding service! We will definitely return

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Element Dallas Airport, and I must say it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. The service provided by the hotel staff was exceptional, and one particular individual, Judy, stood out for her fantastic hospitality and attentiveness.

From the moment I checked in, Judy made me feel welcome and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Her warm demeanor and willingness to assist with any requests truly made a positive impact on my visit.

Aside from the exemplary service, I found Element Dallas Airport to be the nicest hotel in terms of overall service in the entire area. The rooms were modern, well-appointed, and provided all the amenities I needed for a pleasant stay.

In conclusion, I highly recommend Element Dallas Airport for anyone visiting the area. The exceptional service, particularly thanks to the fantastic Judy, sets this hotel apart as the best choice for a comfortable and memorable stay.

I was visiting a guest there we decided to visit the pool. Mistake I lean up against the wall of pull and something against wall sucked me in. That what I thought was jetties didn't have a cover. This thing about swallowed me. Causing two round circles. Report this to desk clerk. Who did what he was suppose to take information. This happened back in August 3/23 they have yet to make contact.
Marriott has taken numerous complaints but know one cares. So beware

Visited a friend who was staying there. This place is very nice. Rooms are like apartments. I def want to stay here

We stayed here over a month ago, my husband was here for work for a month plus, we LOVED this hotel, it's staff, everything. The lobby area was so kid friendly unlike any hotel we've ever been to! We had so much fun! Rooms were great and clean and service was spectacular! Thank y'all!

We enjoyed our stay. Very nice hotel. It was clean. The rooms are spacious. The breakfast was pretty decent. I did have to wait a loooong while for bacon. But, I really wanted some so it didn't matter. I will stay again.

We were very pleased with almost everything about this hotel! Judy at the front desk was very kind and helpful in every way. The rooms were well equipped --full frig, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker and stovetop. I noticed how clean it smelled when we stepped through the front door. Breakfast was notable, too. I am on a keto diet. . most hotels serve all CARBS for breakfast. They actually had scrambled eggs and bacon, in addition to almost anything else you could imagine for breakfast. Quite impressive. Would love to have this set up for all future vacations!

Good place , comfortable rooms and very clean. The personal was great. Front desk and Mr . Lee the shuttle driver were excellent and very helpful. 😊

Wow, I have been to many Elements around the Way and this one is excellent 👌👍😎.. Because of my Titanium status, I was upgraded to a suite, excellent,clean room but it was on the 3rd floor and there was a very noisy party that kept me up two nights in a row. MGMT took care of the uneducated idiots up above. The two Argentine women really serve up a very good breakfast in the morning and their personal touches are especially tasted in their "Smoothie" creations. I will be back in two days.. Keep on keeping on 😎⚜😍

Was booked here for business but this hotel is clean, convenient, and quiet. They have a happy hour and the rooms are spacious. I had a king suite and I could literally live there if need be.

After multiple flight cancellations due to the ice storm, this hotel and Judy at the front desk were so helpful and made a bad situation much better. They let me have a late checkout so I wasn't stuck at the airport all day. The room was great and spacious. Definitely recommend if you need a hotel near DFW.

The Elements staff is hard to beat. I stayed with them over a long period of time and they do all the right things.

Remember your name, make you feel at home and take good care of your needs.

When my work ended the area, they gave me a card from all of the staff that I will always cherish, everyone wrote something other than just their name, very personal.

The breakfast is healthy and can be cold or freshly made hot. Their social hour at night is awesome.

My room very comfortable being spacious and clean. The bed was the best with a great comforter very comfortable. The rooms have a great picture window with both black out shades as well as a privacy shade. I loved the kitchen as being in the area it helped me to stay on my diet.

The work out room that I used every day has plenty of equipment and is very spacious.
I personally did not use the pool, but it always looked very inviting.
There are plenty of restaurants within walking distance with just about any cuisine or type of food (fast food and up) you would like. The area itself has good scenery and is very comfortable to walk or run in the area.

Fantastic hotel and staff. Very accommodating. Front desk staff goes above and beyond. Specifically, Judy James is so kind and helpful. Her personality, kindness and helpfulness made a long week away from the family seem not that bad :-). I would HIGHLY recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay near DFW. Nice pool, outside grills and they serve a great breakfast during the week. Much better then most of the free breakfasts at other hotels. Rooms are great and spacious and large screen TVs. I travel a lot and this is one of the best! Thank you!
