Great place. Awesome customer service. Especially if Alex is there. We love us some Alex. Rooms really clean even if it being a smoking room still very clean. Oh baby the hot water was set on Hell Hot and was loving it 😁

Very quite to be by the airport. No one is beating on your door before checkout time. Very clean, although they need to learn to mop the floors between guests. Towels were new and soft. Very nice and the grounds are kept up well. Pet friendly, and the owner even gave me a jump when my truck wouldn't start the next day. Very nice fellow. . The lady behind the desk must have had a bad day, but everyone else was welcoming. Nice change for a red roof. Would definitely recommend.

The staff is super friendly and helpful , room is nicely furnished ,clean and quiet. Depending on what room you get the heater could be a problem but over all decent place close to a convenience store and Dennys with easy to ride shuttles to the airport. If you're looking for a comfy quiet out the way place to rest this is it.

I recently got hired for a job around this area 2 hours away from home. I stayed here once every week for 3 months and have no real complaints about it.

I had a clean room with no bug problems on every visit. Each day after work, I came back with my bed made and towels replaced. Check in was quick and easy every time.

Restaurant prices are more expensive since it's near an airport. Despite that, I got my fill from Denny's next door which is nice that I can walk there without driving or Door Dashing.

It feels like the rooms are made for business trips with the included dresser, a rack to hang jackets, and an ironing board. They even include soap and shampoo, so you won't go to work unclean if you forget those at home.

If hour looking for a clean and decent room with Excellent service, this is a great place! Ryan, at the front desk, was super friendly, made check in a breeze, and had coffee going before my 6 a:m shuttle left! I travel for work, and had a layover at DFW, so missed my connecting flight..Also there is a Dennys restaurant adjoining the parking lot, and a 7 Eleven convenience store right down the street...Thanks again Ryan, and Red Roof, for a pleasant stay! 5 STARS!! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Excellent service, personnel knowledgable about local area (especially regarding airport needs. Hotel and room very well appointed, and clean. I suspect the sheets on my very comfy King bed were even bamboo!

I gave this Red Roof Inn 5 Stars because the other hotels in the sounding area suck in customer service. Thank you for the lawndry room, and vending machines. Quite place to rest pet friendly and great customer service!

Great Staff good transparency and accountability. I like that the airport shuttle is every 30 minutes or on the hour. Only thing is I wish they would sweep and mop the floors in the hotel rooms. Rooms very cleans. Floors dirty.

One Saturday night, when I desperately needed a hotel at 2 in the morning, the Red Roof Inn was my saving grace. To my surprise, they were the only hotel available, and booking a room was a breeze. Despite my initial hesitation about a two-story hotel (as I'm accustomed to resort-style condos in California), the staff quickly put my worries to rest with their warm and welcoming demeanor.

Upon arriving at the hotel, I was relieved that they provided hot water and maintained a clean and tidy environment. It was exactly what I needed after a long and exhausting journey. I managed to get a solid three hours of sleep, which is better than zero at the airport.

Unfortunately, my flight experienced a three-hour delay, only to be ultimately canceled. Amidst the chaos, the front desk staff at Red Roof Inn went above and beyond to ensure that I reached the airport promptly by utilizing their complimentary shuttle service. Their attentiveness and support were greatly appreciated during this frustrating ordeal.

What amazed me further was the affordability of the hotel. Despite the convenience and comfort they provided, the rates were surprisingly reasonable. I am genuinely grateful for this establishment, which offered a clean room equipped with a refrigerator.

I regret not capturing the name of the outstanding individual at the front desk, as his exceptional service deserves recognition. He demonstrated impressive efficiency, promptly attending to all guests' needs. Even when confronted with demanding and complaining customers ahead of me, he remained composed and focused, ensuring that everyone was taken care of in a timely manner.

It's worth mentioning that there were over 11 canceled flights simultaneously, making the availability of any bookings truly remarkable. Red Roof Inn came through when many others could not accommodate stranded travelers.

Furthermore, I had originally booked a non-smoking room through a third-party app, but there was an oversight, and it assigned me a smoking room. However, the attentive front desk staff swiftly rectified the situation and switched my room to non-smoking, ensuring my comfort and satisfaction.

All in all, my experience at the Red Roof Inn was exceptional. The hotel staff provided outstanding service, the facilities were well-maintained, and they surpassed my expectations. I wholeheartedly recommend this establishment to anyone needing a reliable, affordable, and comfortable stay.

This was a great experience the bed is awesome nice and comfortable the room is spacious and bigger than advertised it does have a mini fridge and microwave desk ,chairs,small dresser and adequate lighting overall nice experience I’d recommend it or stay again if I’m in the area

I truly appreciate how clean you all keep it on both visits and how courteous the staff was. The room is always comfortable and clean. Affordable weekly pricing and you can order room service. Easy parking is available, family and pet friendly. Overall I have no complaints.

Rooms are comfortable, especially the beds. Safe place to walk your dog in the field. Property is well kept and clean. Housekeeping staff (for the most part) are kind and very sweet. Sammy, the maintenance man is wonderful! He goes the extra mile and is courteous and kind and always helps us with anything we need. I always see him every morning working hard and always greets us with a smile! You don't see much kindness nowadays and I hope he is recognized for all he does and gets a well deserved raise for his hard work!!

I love this hotel, because I had a lot going on and was looking for somewhere affordable. They ended up exceeding my expectations with the excellent service <3. The housekeepers treated me like family, seeing I was a female there alone they went out their way to make sure that I was straight the whole time. Even the maintenance man saw me struggling with my luggage when I was leaving and he came over to walk it for me!

The gentleman working was more than helpful even though it cost me $84 for 5 hours it's ok

Stayed for one night due to a canceled flight. My room and bathroom were clean, staff was friendly. They have free shuttle to a terminals at DFW too. The front desk has the timetable so you just have to let the front desk know at what time you want to take the shuttle.

Clean, bed very comfortable, staff very patient and helpful over a few phone calls and in person at check-in desk. Walked across parking lot to eat at Denny's. (a plus).

Check in guy was super friendly and helpful. Taxi driver brought us to thr 'wrong' redroof, note there are 2 of them by the dfw airport...however staff was super considerate while we resolved the hotel confusion and helped alleviate some of our stress with his friendly demeanor at 12am.

Five stars because of the friendly customer service, very very hot water for showers, cleanliness, SUPER COMFY bed! I understand that this is not a “five star” hotel, but let me mention that we are titanium members with Marriott and gold members with Hilton. We travel frequently and have stayed in all inclusive resorts and five star hotels. We would certainly return here. We are currently living in a camper while our home is being built and my boyfriend works in Dallas. He had to do some OT, so I called at midnight to confirm availability and ask about pet policies as we cannot leave our dogs. The person who answered was lively and friendly, AT MIDNIGHT! We called the following morning to confirm early check-in, and the lady that helped my boyfriend was also extremely friendly and made sure to have a room ready. He works nights so having a room waiting for us was so helpful, as we live an hour and a half away so I also drove here. When we arrived, we were greeted with a great attitude. I’m not sure why there are so many sour reviews but as someone who is premier status with some of the top hotels, we would absolutely return. It’s nothing fancy, but they also don’t charge ridiculous fees for pets just because, the rates are fair, the employees are very kind, and did I mention the comfy bed?!

I had a two nights of bliss at Red Roof Inn. Quiet, clean, and convenient for shopping this Red Roof Inn is a great place for a holiday. The professional staff make checking in and out breeze! I really enjoyed my stay.. Thanks Red Roof Inn!!
