Isaiah was a blessing. I Had the worst experience with cancelled flights and around midnight found a room at days in….yes I know. I immediately left to say the least to search of another place to rest. Everyone was booked .
Isaiah was busy but took the time to actively listen to me and he was such a pleasant human to be around.
He went above and beyond and I am forever grateful for his kindness and professionalism.
At Breakfast the next morning Chris was a pleasure as well, he took great care making sure I had everything I needed.
I won’t stay anywhere else from now on.

Missed a connection flight and was given complimentary room and meal voucher by American Airlines 9/10/23. Excellent customer service from the two girls working the front office helped get me to the hotel and in time to dine at the restaurant. The agitator bus driver was so sweet and has circled the AP four times looking for me. Arika was working alone b the dining room and was so pleasurable and accommodating. Thank you for making an initial stressful situation so enjoyable.

Well maintained stay. Clean and welcoming. The popcorn was a nice touch. Fresh warm cookies!

Special shout out for Tom !! He will remember what you want to order if you are here couple of times ! And from time by time he will check if everything go well :)

We had a plane departure delay and ended up needing to stay for our connecting flight in the early AM. Emily was able to handle our request at the front desk with ease, a smile and friendly banter. She was able to secure us cookies even though we arrived late in the evening. It is wonderful friendly customer service that make us want to stay at Double Trees all the time (of course the cookies help a little too!!) Super comfy beds and great sleep for us. Special shout out to the nice bartender and the great food they served!!

I gave the room (suite) 5 as it was clean, felt homely, didn't reek of VOCs and was one of the most comfortable beds I've slept in.
Staff were very nice, everyone greeted you. I did have some perks from my credit card which was seamless to claim.
I want to say the GM's name is Latina Dawn? She was great.

I enjoyed staying there, the shuttle service to and from the airport was superb. The hotel environment was peaceful. The Staff did a great job in making us feel welcomed. It will definitely be a go to for any future travels.

Staff members were very helpful and friendly. They also provide you with those wonderful warm chocolate chip 🍪 at check in.

Hotel stay wasn’t horrible but I wouldn’t stay here again. Our first room had small black insects on the bed (wasn’t bedbugs) but a bug is a bug and that’s a no for me. We were given a different room immediately. It was better. Rooms could use a makeover. Breakfast was ok. The omelet bar may be the best thing at the buffet. The hotel gets 2 stars but I gave a 5 star rating because the staff is exceptional! There were resourceful and very nice. From the front desk to the kitchen staff!

I was pleasantly surprised by the service, and particularly the bar/restaurant. I had a fantastic Cesar salad with excellent chicken added. They do need to reopen the business center so people can print a boarding pass, or provide some printing service at the front desk (sorry, cell phone boarding passes don't always work).

Booked through a 3rd party online and got lucky with this reservation. Great location here in central Dallas, only 10 minutes from downtown. Front desk was super friendly and as you can see from the pictures, it was super clean, and as a added delight, the room was already cooled (not as common as you'd might think). Very comfortable and there are plenty of amenities. Super pleased with the stay and look forward to a return visit.

I stayed here for business last week and the staff is great! They’re super patient and friendly. The rooms are nice, clean, and modernized. Plus the shuttle has a great system to take you to the airport!

Absolutely wonderful stay! Emylee was so patient and kind helping me reserve a room after missing my flight. Convenient location with nice airport shuttle. Fantastic customer service, Emylee really helped turn my unfortunate circumstance into a delightful stay. Definitely recommended

My husband and I stayed here last night to attend the International Federation of Leathercrafter Guilds show. Everything about our stay was excellent. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate the needs of the Lone Star Guild who was hosting the show this year. Our room was in great condition and exceptionally clean. The breakfast buffet was very good - my omelet was large, full of many different ingredients and very tasty. The fruit was fresh and very good. All though this was all that we had, the rest of the buffet choices looked to be very good too. Let me also mention that each person receives a bottle of water and a Doubletree chocolate chip cookie at check in. This cookie was one of the best I've ever had. The food prepared for our Saturday night banquet was excellent.. far far better than most hotel banquet dinners! You won't go wrong staying here.

The people here are Friendly! They were a joy to talk to and were always gracious.

I really enjoyed the two nights I stayed here. Their evening restaurant food was tasty and fresh and their breakfast buffet was abundant and flavorful.

The room was clean and suited my needs including a large desk to work from.

The shuttle service was great. Ask for Alex as he was a great driver, but was also very freindly.

Great service!!! Got in town late and tired and we were taken care of quickly and courteously. I think the front desk attendant was Antoine? He was amazing! We were not treated well at another hotel, but he helped us out and got us in a room. I will definitely be back!

Keera at reception was lovely. Her service and attitude was top quality. Completely understood our situation and helped us the best she could. Rooms were clean spacious and very comfy. Food was great too

Outstanding!! I could not say enough wonderful things about this hotel. Came for a conference and the staff were just amazing. Every single request for my diet were fulfilled, the room was SO comfortable and clean, the staff were cheerful and friendly and just SO kind 🥰 at the dining facility they quickly anticipated every need and checked in so consistently with me that I was doing well and had what I needed. I got meal tickets with them for the conference I was at and I accidentally handed in the wrong day and was left short changed for the next day and the lady at the front desk had it resolved in a heartbeat! The staff were just on top of every detail. I’m beyond impressed.
