Jerry and Ryan are great! They communicated with me throughout the entire process. My catalytic converter was stolen off of my Toyota Tundra from a useless citizen and these guys helped me immediately. Both guys are warm welcoming and you can definitely notice that they know their stuff! They answered all of my questions, communicated with the insurance companies correctly, and made it less stressful for me. I’d recommend these guys to handle any of your catalytic converter repairs.

I seldom write reviews, but was compelled to do so for Jerry's Muffler after the exceptional service I received from Ryan and the crew at Jerry's. I give the highest recommendation possible. They installed a muffler on a BMW 535 that the previous owner had running on straight pipes. The car sounds and looks fantastic. Great attention to detail. They came in UNDER quote and the work and communication was outstanding. Do business with confidence at Jerry's.

They helped me through the processes of selecting exhaust tips for my car based on what I wanted. Unfortunately the tips wouldn't have come out very well because the default setup on my car. They informed me of every detail and were completely transparent. No up selling or any bureaucracy.

After talking options with his staff and their ideas on sound, fit, and overall look..some details I hadn’t considered (so glad they asked!) they offered an awesome deal I couldn’t turn down.
While they worked, Jerry entertained me with his good country humor that really sped up the wait.

I came here almost 15 years ago with my first car, a little beater Honda. So glad I trusted them, now in my 30s, with my BMW.

Second time going. New owner will own by October. Very positive experience, 10/10 recommend for any muffler/exhaust needs. Great inventory too, mufflers and tips. Had a true dual setup done and ended up wanting something a tad more aggressive, came back for a better setup and they delivered. 21’ tundra 5.7 true dual x-pipe flowmaster 40 series muffler, dual side exit stainless steel dual 4” tips. Don’t go anywhere else.

This is such a great place for your exhaust needs! They were able to get me in the same day and finish the job in less than an hour. Very professional and nice people. Def will be back for more mods!!

Brought my son's car in for an estimate on a new muffler the day before Thanksgiving. Their estimate was very reasonable and they turned the car around "that day" after bringing it in at 1:00pm! Ryan was great to work with, he really helped us out. I definitely recommend Jerry's and will utilize them again! Great service, great price, and they squeezed us in even though they were booked up for the day ....... I definitely recommend them!

I was on a business trip in Irving and had my catalytic converters stolen off my Toyota recently. After a few frantic calls to other shops, Ryan @ Jerry's Muffler got me in quickly that morning, assured me that the job would be taken care of that day, and delivered on the promises. I was able to drive the car back home that afternoon because of Ryan and the guys' quick response. The work was also top notch as the replacement cats, the pipe, the welds, the wires- everything looks like it was this way from the factory. I would highly recommend these guys for any exhaust work.

Always very helpful and quick! They've done my exhaust on both of my mustangs as well as suspension. Always good work. One of hy tailpipe hangars came loose and caused rattle and they fixed it for free. I highly recommend them!

Jerry’s was recommended by my motor mechanic & has worked on 2 of my cars. They are prompt, courteous & priced fairly. Good work both times…will continue to use for muffler, exhaust & catalytic converter work.

These guys are awesome human beings! My car broke down driving by and I barely was able to pull into the next parking lot and it just happened to be their's. Ryan up front helped me code the issue and helped moved my car to the side of the parking lot and let me keep it there until I could come back a few hours later to fix it. Been waiting to do some exhaust work for a long time now, and some close friends have told me that Jerry's is the way to go. Got my muffler off with ease and I was out within a couple of hours. The price seemed just a bit steep, but I know they did quality work and I would definitely recommend them for any exhaust needs.

I went in needing to correct some exhaust issues with my Maserati. They looked at it and gave me a fair price and excellent work. If your looking for any exhaust issues custom at that call them.

Jerry did an outstanding job of fixing my car. He was very polite and thorough in his research of how he could retain the best part at the best price. He promptly ordered the part and had my vehicle fixed the next day. I would highly recommend him for your auto repair needs.

This review is long overdue. I brought my Lexus GSF here to install an aftermarket exhaust (mid-pipe + exhaust). Ryan and the team (Shawn) were amazing. They were meticulous on the install and they have installed many exhausts over the years. They were very patient with me on deciding on measuring the length of the exhaust tips before welding them permanently. The measured and remeasured before finalizing. I would bring my cars back here again.

Jerry was fantastic at breaking down the cost of the repair and making sure he found the best price while keeping quality. He throughly explained my options and helped me understand the need for the repair. His team was quick with the repairs and had my car back within 3 days. I highly recommend Jerry and his team for your exhaust repairs.

My first experience with this shop was a phone call with Jerry. His knowledge and experience with cars/trucks was very impressive. I brought my truck in for service the very next day. Jerry's shop diagnosed the problem and completed the repairs at a very reasonable price. I'm so happy I found a mechanic that is honest and professional. Jerry even recommended some nearby race tracks to take my son. I'll be recommending Jerry's shop to all of my friends and co-workers.

I got there around 5PM on a Friday and was greeted right away. Daniel helped me choose some replacement exhaust tips that look 100% better than the OEM tips that were installed and Jerry himself welded those puppies on. Quality and honest work. Good people. Thanks!

I pulled up here and was greeted at the door. Daniel knew exactly what exhaust I wanted by me talking to him. The work was high quality with a fair price. Customer service was awesome!!! Daniel even called a couple days later to make sure I was satisfied. You don’t get that kind of customer service with big chains. These know what they are doing!!!

Ryan got my exhaust fixed up on my silverado for an amazing price. Will be going back for all future exhaust work. Great shop, very helpful, and honest work.
