Excellent customer service! I reached out on a Thursday about a problem with my hot water heater. The following day, Brandon arrived earlier than anticipated and skillfully set up a new water heater at a reasonable cost. He was knowledgeable and professional - overall, a wonderful experience. I would definitely recommend their services and will be using them again in Dallas!

During his visit to my home, grant really exceeded expectations. Not only was he quick, but he was also extremely helpful. He gave me some great advice on how to avoid the same plumbing problems in the future and even shared some tips on how to correctly take care of the pipes for my sink. grant made sure to clean up thoroughly after himself, leaving absolutely no mess behind. I would definitely suggest his plumbing services to both friends and family in Dallas.

Tanner, Grant, and the Brett & Sons Plumbing team deserve a full 10 stars! I had a really difficult replacement project involving a 15-year-old Rinnai Tankless Water Heater. The previous installation, done by another service, was done very poorly. The whole setup was hard to access, with haphazard piping and exhaust, and a gas line protruding awkwardly, all in a tiny row house built in 1908 in Dallas. But the team from Brett & Sons Plumbing came up with a genius solution. They installed a small wall and relocated the new Rinnai to that wall, making it completely accessible. They rerouted the pipes and gas line in a more logical and unobtrusive manner. David and Brandon were impressively prompt in their responses. They even used drop cloths during the work, and cleaned up and removed all the trash afterwards. Truly, the quality of their work was exceptional!

Quality service, I had a clogged sink and a shower problem, Larry was knowledgeable and quick handled both repairs in about 1-2 hrs, even with having to go and get part. Got a quote for my next repair and will be using the service again

We had a wonderful experience when our furnace died 2 days before Christmas. Lou was terrifc and arrived to the building during a snowstorm to diagnose our issues. Then Stanley and Matt did a wonderful, thorough job with replacing our furnace a few days later. They answered all questions and were patient and professional. recommend!

repairman was Clifford, arrived out to do the yearly upkeep on my furnace. I was having an issue with my house getting warm and the furnace was giving error code. He had the issue fixed in about a minute. The flame sensor just needed cleaning 🤦🏻‍♂. We talked about the upgrades i can do to get better air quality through out the house. informative videos were shown to me with additional info after I watched them. Thank !

We have had another business out twice to support locate and repair the leak under our sink. Marvin located it and was able to tell us what it would take to fix it, was the cost would be and what the warranties included. He had he needed on the truck and completed the task. We are happy.

They were both nice and professional. We have had Ken to our building in the past twice and so we ask for him this time for our repair. Ken was knowledgeable the first 2 times and the same for this time. It was nice to meet Marcus also.

The repairman was at our building within a few hours of our call, and was able to get our air conditioning unit fixed. good service, and got the task done It was humid and hot, so the quick restoration of our unit was greatly appreciated!

The cause of a major sewer line backup was identified and restored Replacement was expensive because of the size of the project but was a fair price. The trouble was completely resolved after one day fix and was well done.
