When my car was in collision, I didn't know which body shop to take it to. The insurance company was telling me to take it to their preferred shop but Kral Bros was recommended to me by a friend who told me about them. Jeremy worked with me and gave me several different options with aftermarket vs. Original parts. They even shuttled me with and Uber and helped me arrange a rental car. They went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. In the end, my car looks really good and I love how they even sanitized and disinfected my car with this active antimicrobial spray when they were done. Definitely will recommend this shop. Great people.

I contacted Kral Bros to discuss some options for my brand new Tesla Model Y and since the very beginning they went above and beyond my expectations; they picked up and delivered my car at my door and I even got a loaner vehicle while they worked on my car. The whole process was a breeze, they are top-notch professionals that kept me updated, answered all my questions, and delivered in a timely matter with excellent care.

Wow, I just picked them out from the phone book at random to fix some dinks in my Miata. They were amazing, not only in quality but prices. They fixed the dinks fast without an appointment while i waited. The waiting area is impressive, great decor and coffee. Nathan is the man to see he will make your car as good as new. Employees are very friendly and personable. I will definately be back again!

I was referred to Hail Valet by a friend of mine. We were hit hard with hail last year and Hail valet did not disappoint us at all! If you ever are in need of hail repair on your vehicle and you live in the Dallas metroplex area, Hail Valet is the best place around trust me. Ask for Glenn, he was very nice and professional, he worked with my wife and I from start to finish. He even came out to the house twice once to take pictures of the truck to make the assessment and the second time to drop off the free rental that they gave us so my wife could get to work and back. He did a great job helping us through the process even with talking directly to the insurance company so my wife and I really didn’t have to do anything. He took care of it all. Her truck looks amazing! We are very pleased with the outcome of her SUV. It came out perfect you can’t even tell that there was hail damage to it at all. It’s like it’s brand new again! Last April of this year a hail storm happened and caused massive damage on our 2017 Ford Escape. In the aftermath, finding a reliable hail repair shop was so challenging and risky I should say. Fortunately a friend referred me to Kral Bros. Garage in Lewisville and there I dropped by to inquire and instantly decided to let them do the task. Great professionalism and utmost honesty/ transparency with the deal were my initial impressions. We don't have rental car insurance coverage during repair duration but even if I did not ask.. they offered a brand new 2021 car for free with unlimited mileage. The repair was very amazing as the car came out dent free and smooth as new which really attested their quality/excellent workmanship. I was also impressed how they value customers by constantly giving updates and keeping the promised time to get the job done and surprisingly with free deductible.

For various car repair and needs I will always recommend this place to anybody at anytime as the management and staff are very friendly and capable . For specifics, Chai is always there and too smart to make deals easy& simple plus she makes you feel at home right away

Took my nearly new Dodge Charger to Kral Bros. Garage today on the recommendation of a friend, after someone chipped the paint on my passenger side door when they were getting out of the car next to mine. I cannot say enough good things about my experience there! It's a family-owned business, and they pretty much treat you like family. The whole staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming. They turned around the paint touch-up really quickly and did an exceptional job. And their rates are super affordable. I also learned that if you bring a car in for hail damage, it won't cause your insurance premiums to go up, because carriers don't charge extra due to acts of God. So, if you've got any dents, dings, or scratches, definitely head to Kral Bros. Highly recommend!

I received excellent service from this company. From the time that I met them at my home until they dropped off my car. Very very professional. I am blown away by their work. My car is in better shape than what I gave them. Excellent excellent work on all the hail damage etc. I would highly recommend this team of professionals. I loved working with shop. They did an excellent job on collison repair. They were professional and very efficent. I love love love the job they did on my car. Not only did they do an excellent job with my car , they also cleaned and washed it. Awesome people. I loved my car and I got so many compliments how nice it looked. I stopped by on a Saturday because it was close to work. I was only expecting a quote for damage to my bumper. I was asked if I could spare about 20 minutes. ERIC had my bumper fixed in that 20 minutes. The cost was more than reasonable ;) and way less than expected. I am grateful and fully satisfied with not only the work that ERIC did but also the customer service and of course the free pizza!!!! This place is amazing and I am planning on using them for all of my automotive needs. You have earned a long term customer. I had hail damage service done by Kral Bros and very very happy with it from start to finish and working with the Insurance and claims process. Everything was taken care by the them and without any worries. After the service my Car was looking as good as new and would happy to refer them to my friends who need services in future.

I was working with a friend of mine that works there to repair some body damage on our 2018 Audi SQ5 from a hit and run. Not only did they expedite everything with the insurance but one of the owners, Kent, also helped me by taking to Enterprise with his own personal truck! Upon picking it up, there was a couple things that weren’t communicated well enough from me to the gentleman I spoke to on the phone and the owners assured me that they would do whatever it took to get it handled, they would have it done within 24 hours and they would also cover the extra day for the rental since insurance wasn’t going to cover it. Less than 24 hours later, they called and said the car was ready. When we arrived, the car looked better than new, Kent showed me around the shop to see some of their more unique cars in the shop since he knew I was into cars, wrote me a check on the spot for the rental and shook my hand. Lastly, for a man that seems to be doing well, he still insisted on thanking me a number of times for bringing them our business. 10000% will be going back and sending all of my friends and family there, as well! The only reason I rated them 5 stars, is because there isn’t more. The guys are absolutely incredible and believe in old school customer service!! 👍🏼 Great job, Kral Bro’s!! Truly the best experience I have ever had getting bodywork done on any of my vehicles. No inconvenience at all on my part from start to finish, to picking up my vehicle and returning my rental for me. The hail damage I had was repaired in less time than quoted. All the insurance communicating, they took care of everything! I will definitely refer them to all my friends.

The Kral Bros quickly took care of my car and helped make some repairs for minor damage quickly. They were courteous and punctual and I am so glad that I chose them. I will go back for any autobody repairs. Strongly recommend them!

I have a Lexus LS 460 and I don’t trust just anyone with my car. Devin did an amazing job and took great care of my car. He took the time to explain everything to me. They have really amazing customer service and completed my car in a very timely fashion. I will absolutely be back and highly recommend them!

These guys delivered on everything they promised! The communication was great, I had updates on both of my cars every couple days. They got me in a rental car with no issues. The work done on both of my cars was first class. I will use these guys for any and all body work needed on my cars.

Hail valet handled the entire process competently and professionally. I was a bit nervous about handing over the keys to my 2017 SS Camaro, but Devin was great about making me feel comfortable about the entire process. Even over the holidays he kept me informed and was always extremely quick to respond, regardless of the time of day. Most importantly the shop did excellent work. All damage was completely repaired, and they even took care of a nasty scratch I had on my hood. Would absolutely recommend to anyone who’s car has been damaged.

I highly recomend Karl Bros. My car had hail damage basically everywhere but they did an excellent job and it now looks like bran new.
I honestly hate dealing with insurance companies when it comes to claims but they made everything so easy. I had to call my insurance company once, get a claim number and the rest was taken care of by their great team. They came to pick up my car, left me with a rental car, updated me by sending pictures of the process status and when they were done they brought my car back home.

I had a big dent/paint scrape on the side of my Acura TL. Got some quotes to fix from numerous places, which were very expensive.

However, I happened to drive by Kral Bros and talked to Jeffrey. I got it repaired at a great price, and the work is perfect. Place is friendly, honest, and I’m relieved that I didn’t have to pay an arm and a leg to fix per quotes from other places, yet the work is excellent. Very highly recommend!!

Had my car in and out and hail damage free in two weeks. There was a small mix up that occurred during the hand off process, but Paul and his guys went above and beyond in an effort to make it right, which I deeply appreciate. They want your business and they make you feel like a priority, every time.
