A huge thank you to Pure Plumbing for installing our new fireplace insert! Jacob was very thorough with the whole installation. From reading the entire manual on the insert we purchased to inspecting all the hardware in and around our fireplace to make sure everything was safe. He went above and beyond our expectations. There was a slight communication issue about our scheduled appointment time but it says more about a company’s integrity and work ethic on how they fix a mistake than the mistake itself. 5 stars doesn’t seem like a high enough rating for the service we received because we had the best experience. Jacob was professional and personable and it felt like we were just catching up with an old friend. We will be using PURE plumbing for any future plumbing needs and will continue to recommend them within our community.

Jake and Burns came out today to do our tankless water heater flush. WOW, these guys were great! While they were there, we asked them to look at a few things we needed done in our bathrooms. Jake went out of his way to look them over, recommend suggestions to help us get it done right with one service call, and gave us a quote before he left. The fact he was dressed professionally in a nice polo shirt made my wife feel comfortable (and we never use companies that do not dress professionally). Please give them a try… and I would ask for Jake to come out… trust me… we will always request him. Oh, and by the way, the person who answers the calls, I believe his name was Billy, is fantastic. He did his best to accommodate our schedule. What else can I say.

Jacob did a great job on our emergency request call. Responsive, professional and just amazing work ethic. We signed up for his maintenance program, too! THANK YOU! It’s refreshing to still find good people to do great work.

I have an issue with my heater and Christopher was the great technician that responded. Professional top to bottom, clear in explaining the issue after taking time and care to assess the issue. Warned me of risks with my existing install and set all expectations. Super fortunate I made the call and will definitely be doing business with Pure in the future thanks to Chris!

Christmas Eve garbage disposal disaster fixed!! Excellent customer service and communication. Love the text with a photo of who to expect at my house. Tim came to the rescue and was so nice, helpful, and courteous. This is the company I will be using and recommending for all my plumbing needs. He fixed my issue and educated me on what to do/not do. I appreciate you guys so much!!

I had some major work done by Pure Plumbing and feel that I made the best choice. I worked with Dylan and he made me feel like I could really trust him. That’s not easy for a single woman in her 50’s to do, but went with my gut… after having at least 6 plumbing companies out.

We had an emergency situation on a Sunday night and Pure Plumbing was the only company that could help us. Jacob was out here within 45 minutes after our call. He was so personable and polite and got the job done in no time. We were so impressed with the quality of service that we will never call anyone else for our plumbing needs!

This is my second time using Pure Plumbing and as my first experience the services was Excellent. Tim Riskey came in representing Pure Plumbing with a mild mannered personality consoling us for the flooding of 1st floor under foundation water leak. Tim went right to work taking information, explaining what he could do, presenting options, found the location of the leak and from that point everything just fell into place. Dig crew was out next day and within four hours the leaking pipes was exposed and ready for repair. Knowing how busy Plumbing work is we had no problem with next day Repair. Tim came out and made repairs, turn water main on, checked for leaks and all was good. I have to say it was such a pleasure to have water again. I will not hesitate to call Pure Plumbing again or refer to anyone needing plumbing work. Thanks Pure Plumbing for great service and experienced employees. Happy New Year and God Bless you all!!

We called Pure Plumbing to replace a water heater that had started leaking. Our house is old and the water heater is located in an extremely inaccessible spot. We had only one day to get it fixed before embarking on a long planned, Texas-sized roadtrip.
We called Pure Plumbing after searching for local plumbers. They were very responsive and scheduled a specialist to be on-site promptly to begin assessing our available options for fixing the water heater situation.
We were astounded when they said they could replace the unit that same day. We wouldn't have to cancel the trip!
Later that day, as promised, a team arrived and got to work.
This was clearly the last of several jobs they had completed that day and it was a really tough one but they stuck to it and got the job done. They fabricated new connections that greatly improved the setup for the new unit making it so much easier to manage in case of emergency in the future. Not only that but it looks great too! I can tell they really love their craft.
I would call Pure Plumbing without hesitation the next time I have plumbing needs. They saved the day with professional service and dedication that went above and beyond. My experience with them was great!

I highly recommend pure plumbing! We could hear a leaky pipe in our kitchen, so we quickly shut off the water and called the first plumbers we searched for with good reviews. The technician arrived the same evening we called (I had assumed during the freeze that it would be at least a day), and found/fixed the leak quickly. The pricing was fair and the technician was transparent about pricing throughout the process, which was refreshing - it definitely didn’t feel like a price gouge or money grab situation which is what you worry about during hard freeze where plumbers are in high demand. Aside from fixing the leak, they took some extra time to educate me about a few things on my home’s plumbing system, so I can hopefully prevent freeze-related plumbing issues in the future. Overall I was very impressed and will definitely be calling pure plumbing the next time I have a plumbing issue. Happy we found them!

Jacob Morgan was very professional and very respectful. He did the job so quickly and did the awesome job.. Pure Plumbing has been used by most of my neighbors because they're doing a very great job. Highly recommend.

Had Dillon come out the night of the cold front, January 13. He called to discuss arrival time, then later called to say he would be early! He and his assistant were able to cut the outdoor front pipe and attach a new one with the spigot. It took all of 30 minutes, in freezing temps. Cost was very affordable considering the time, 11:00 pm, and they did a great job. Will use Pure Plumbing again.
