Nick came out and did a roof inspection on our home after a hail storm. He showed up when he said he would and explained how the inspection of a roof works in detail. After he inspected he showed me the photos of my roof and explained the difference between minor and severe damage.
If you need a honest roof inspection I highly recommend him!!
We had numerous fly by night roofers show up the next morning after the storm that we’re recommending total replacement of roofs in our area.

In my experience, if you're in need of roof repairs or need an entirely new roof, Presidio will take care of it and take care of it promptly, professionally, correctly and at a price that was very fair. After a heavy rain, I noticed a roof leak. My neighbor had previously used Presidio Roofing, so I went to their Web site and filled out a form describing my problem. It was a Saturday, so I did not expect to hear from them until Monday. However, I received a call within 30 minutes of submitting the form from Tom with Presidio Roofing, and he scheduled an appointment for me first thing Monday morning. He came over and assessed the situation, took some photos and described what needed to be done. We scheduled a date for the repair, and it has been leak free since. Tom and his crew were knowledgeable and friendly, and the price was fair. I will definitely call them when it comes time to replace the whole roof.

Presidio completely replaced and upgraded our roof in July 2018 w/ Owens Corning Oakridge. Roof has a very good warranty. Recently a soliciting company stopped by and claimed we needed to replace our roof and that all I needed to do was “sign”. Decided to call Presidio, as they did a remarkable job on our roof back in 2018 and I would want the same color/quality I received then. Plus, it hasn’t been 5 years, no major storm -why do I need a roof?!
Long story short, Nick came out first thing and inspected our roof and there was absolutely nothing wrong with it. This is what you call good customer service and how you keep longterm, repeat customers and referrals.

Nick was amazing from start to end. He was very transparent with everything. His company replaced the roofs on both of my houses after hail damage. He took care of everything with the insurance so that I was able to get the best replacement roof possible. His team was always on top of things and followed up with me regularly. His team got the job done within the schedule given. I would definitely use them again.

It's been a few years since I had this done and no longer live in the house the roof is still on but I do remember the experience very well. Nick was very informative and didn't have the used car salesman set of skills and personality most people dread. It was a relaxed meeting and the products sold themselves. He took the time to explain the process, go over the details of the material, and give an accurate work scope and schedule. His team executed that plan as it was described to me and he worked directly with my insurance company to approve and pay for a new roof instead of just a repair over several spots another contractor didn't fix properly. I was researching roofing information to figure out what kind of roof I want on a custom house when I came across Presidio Roofing's website. I'm really impressed by the amount of information available at this website. There are photos of different types of roofs (shingle, metal, slate, PVC, etc) along with characteristics and pros and cons of each. I wanted more detail on metal roofs, so I gave Presidio a call and got additional information without a high pressure sales talk (not ready to build yet). Very informative and useful!

Nick at Presdio came to our rescue and convinced our insurance company that they needed to pay to replace our entire roof and also bring the roof up to code. While our house was on the market, I had came home one day after a windstorm to find shingles in the back yard. The roof didn't appear badly damaged, but Nick was able to document to the adjuster’s satisfaction that the wind had zippered the shingles, bending them beyond repair, but making them lay flat so that the damage was not readily visible. Other roofers suggested only replacing a small area of shingles, but Nick proved to the adjuster that the roof couldn't be repaired without replacing the entire roof. Nick also documented that in addition to shingles, an entire new sub roof was needed in order to meet code requirements. Nick also also noticed that there was an attempt by the adjuster to substitute lower quality and thinner composite board for the required thicker plywood. The correct materials were promptly provided. Thanks to Nick, our insurance company paid over $40,000 to replace the roof. After the roof replacement, we sold the house for over $40,000 more than the previous best offer.

Presidio Roofing was a total positive experience for us. They replaced our roof and gutters and we are totally happy with the work. Tom Grems made the whole process easy. He is knowledgeable, honest, a great communicator, and a very pleasant person to deal with. The roofing and gutter crew are first rate professionals and did an excellent job. I reached out to them on Friday evening around 8 o'clock PM... by 8am on Saturday, I had Tom call me to tell me that he'd already done a visual of my damage, and he could be on-site in about an hour to do a repair. To say I am pleased is an understatement... I was absolutely amazed at how fast and responsive they were, and I have already recommended the company to my friends. Tom was a pleasure to work with, he did a great job fixing my damaged shingles, and even went above and beyond and identified other shingles that were damaged that I had not even noticed.
