I haven't heard back from them yet, didn't think it was a week yet like this review said for me to tell you about it. So I usually get a call back within few days. They don't give discounts for defensive driving, or low mileage, or safety features on car. It seems to go up in price at least once a year. They will let me pay a day or two late during the freeze last year, cool. I bundled car and house from the beginning, and my driving record didn't start out good but now that it's in a better way I kinda thought I would see a cheaper price. I was hoping, anyway, but nope. I might have Castle Hills to thank for that. They made everything more expensive for Lewisville. Their rebuttal is they made our houses worth more. I didn't want to pay higher insurance and taxes, while they live in a nice neighborhood, and we paid for them so they could finish. 1,000,000.00 condo's. My home was built about 1955 and not a million. Thanks
