East Dallas Dentistry

The location might appear to be "undesirable" to some but give it a chance. It's easy accessable from 30 and East Grand though parking is tricky. I really appreciated that they were open on Saturdays so that my kids don't have to miss school and when a dental emergency comes up on the weekend, no one has to be in pain. None of our previous offices were open on the weekend. The office itself is very clean, updated and spacious. Covid protocols were being followed so we waited in the car until we could go inside. The staff is amazing. There was a mix up regarding our appointment and they handled it so we'll, they really did go above and beyond to make us happy. They apologized for the wait multiple times but it really wasn't that long of a wait. The dental assistants were awesome with my kids. My oldest has some dental trauma anxiety from a local franchise and isn't always the easiest kid to do x-rays and exams but the staff was so kind and caring that it helped ease her anxieties. The doctor was great too. He explained everything that he was going to do to me and to my kids! He showed me where they needed help and was very kind. This office is great! Give them a try and you will see for yourself!

I took my kids there 2 years ago. Honestly i went becuase of the promotion.( which I did get.walked out with $120 giftcards) And beuase of the area it was in I was skeptical at first. To my surprise the lady doctor there was amazing. My kids hate dentist but they loved her and got all their treatments done! The onlyreason i didn't go back I lived a little too far from their location. In switching back thou. Im tire of crappy/money hungry dentist around my area.

I really liked this dentist and the doctors that treated me. I've been trying to make an appointment for over a week and no one is returning my phone calls. Does anyone know if this place is still open?

So I was given Dr Norton as a referral. Heard great things about him. I called and the receptionist was horrible. Complete dialogue.

🤷 Umm ........................ Yes we are (background noise tv, cars, and more)
🙋🏾 Great! Did I call at a bad time(she might be working from home).
🤷 You know this is a dental clinic you called and we're taking new clients, then hangs up.

I'm well aware why I called, this was a bad impression.

Don't fall for their promotion. If they mention a gift card they wait til the end of your visit and say that ran out of promotion. They spoke to each other in spanish saying "just tell her that we will call her when we have more gift cards". The actual doctor is good. The receptionist has an attitude, they speak spanish most the time. Which is okay because I know spanish, but when speaking in front of patients about the patient you are to speak English. Just FYI.

Long wait ; even though we arrived early; kids running around everywhere; Will not return

Horrible service, wrong telephone number (they changed it bc of new ownership and never updated it nor called to let the patient know), told me I needed cavities filled and that I had to go back after a deep cleaning but I had to wait 6 months 🤔. Oh and they never called to schedule the new appointments; hard to get ahold of when I reached out. When I went in and they were ACTUALLY open, they told me I didn't need any work done. I HAVE A HOLE IN MY TOOTH STILL! Picked up my records and definitely will find a new dentist. SMH 😡

I've had a good experience The dentist did a good job in 2013. I haven't had a single problem I believe that is why I've haven't been back I'm going back for a different need that I'm sure will done with the best experience

This office is fraud they charge Medicaid even though they did not see my kids

They never pick up the phone when I call is if it is closed all day

Horrible place very unprofessional never coming back
