The receptionist was so sweet and helped calm my new patient fears. 😂 Believe the reviews about Taylor. She’s amazing at what she does. She offers advice but truly listens to you and addresses all your concerns. That means so much to me. I will most definitely be back soon.

I've visited this Hand and Stone location several times and always have a good experience. It can be hard to get last minute weekend appointments, but lately it seems like they have more massage therapists available so I've been able to visit this location more often. It's convenient and a good price for massage services. I have the membership and they're able to pause it a couple times a year so I can catch up on unused packages. Definitely recommend if you live in the area.

I got a massage today, and Jacqueline was amazing! She had the perfect firm pressure and knew all the places I needed work.

I had a Diamond Facial by Taylor today at the Northwest Highway location in Dallas and she is amazing. My skin is tighter and brighter and she makes you feel relaxed through the whole process. I’ve had several high end facials at world renown spas and this was as good as the Phoenician. Thank you Taylor for your professional service and expert technique.

Excellent massage therapist, Travis, who was very intuitive in where I needed focus work. I slept well & felt great the next day.

Membership prices are a good deal, but the hefty enrollment fee ($100 but knocked down to $40 for special promotion) make me not want to commit. Also, the website doesn't give elaborate description of services--I'd like to know what 'percussive therapy is & the benefits without getting a sales pitch.

Taylor does an amazing job with every facial treatment I get from her. She is very knowledgeable with face care products and treatments. She always listens to my needs and offers a variety of solutions that fit in my budget. I’ve been going to her for a few years now and only trust her with my skin. I highly recommend her!

Upon my first interaction with Hand & Stone staff, I was very impressed. Extremely friendly receptionists that provide a no pressure “consultation” greeted me and walked me through their services. I was offered water with a choice of flavor. A pleasant aroma of citrus and lavender floats through the spotless lobby as you wait for your massage therapist to call you in.

Promptly, Pharrell opened the door and called my name. This was the first massage I’ve ever received where the therapist thoroughly educated me on the whats and the whys. As well, I left the room feeling refreshed and restored rather than sore and tense. I HIGHLY recommend Pharrell if you’re walking around with stress on your back all day. He made me feel comfortable and relaxed while he worked out all of my kinks. Thank you Pharrell! I’ll 100% be back!

I’ve had several services at Hand and Stone Lake Highlands, facials and massages. The front desk associates are sweet and nice but 3 people take center stage Shay, Taylor and Ferell. Makes this spa the place to get a massage or facial, everyone should ask for them.

Taylor is always wonderful the best facials Ive received! I’ve been going to her and I’ve seen a total change in my skin. Hand and stone does a lovely job and I feel my skin is in safe and the best hands possible with Taylor !

Taylor is the most amazing esthetician. I’ve been seeing her for years and have seen my skin transform. She is personable and professional and is always learning and sharing that education with her clients. If you need a facial you have to request her.

I’m a regular of this Hand and Stone location in Lake Highlands, using their most they membership program. Sam and Will have been the masseurs I’ve experienced consistently for nearly a year. What I like about this company is they are courteous and practice strong sanitation, 100% tailored service to my current needs, and they always make relevant recommendations to expand health beyond the session. Quality products and complete satisfaction, I’ve never been a loyal customer to a massage and wellness studio before in the two decades I’ve been getting massages.

One of the best massages I’ve ever had! William is incredible! Knowledgeable, genuine and has magical hands! I would highly suggest the CBD oil add with any massage. I have never had a massage before, and I am so very glad I got Peggy to introduce me to it the right way. I left happy, relaxed, and I have been feeling good ever since. She was very careful with me and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. My husband however, had a bad experience and has been hurting ever since he left. I dont know who his masseuse was, but I wish he had Peggy because he is not very happy, which is a shame since it was our anniversary. If you go, I would recommend her.
