Sean always does great work whenever he comes out. Super upfront about the prices and how to prevent future problems. He walked me through each repair and was friendly with all my pets. Highly recommend 1-Tom and especially Sean if you can get him. Loved the pink plunger too. Thanks 1-Tom!!

We had a pipe burst which was damaging the house. As first time home owners we are always worried and nervous about who the right person would be to fix the leaks. Tim was great! Our water pipe burst in the recent cold snap and, although he was super busy, Tim was out at my place 9am the next morning and had it all fixed in no time. I think he was pulling 16 hour days or something but he was courteous and efficient. I’d highly recommend!

Prompt response from staff for scheduling during evening hours even my situation was not an emergency it was an added convenience. The tech was able to get my hot water heater reignited after possible flooding post leak repair and thus didn’t need to proscribe further repair costs that I could imagine an otherwise untrustworthy plumber would try to pull. My issue was resolved and I was able to fit in some general questions about the plumbing I had for my home.

Amazing!!! Don Nguyen was extremely professional courteous and kept me informed for the whole process. He is obviously a great person, honest and has pride in what he does. He completed the work quickly and efficiently and I would totally recommend his services. When I tell you response time was crazy fast! I mean fast! Water every where me in a panic and our driver / or tech guy not only had a cool name ELVIS but was super awesome! got here quick and was ready to go! he knew what he was doing from start to finish! We had a problem this morning (3AM). 1-Tom scheduled a call for early afternoon to evaluate and repair. Elvis was great, very professional, and personable. His work is spot-on and suggested as additional change so that an outside frozen pipe would not shut down the entire house again.

Sean came on time and was just so pleasant and efficient. After repairing the first burst pipe he discovered another and repaired that. I’ve already recommended him to friends and family. I cannot say enough good things about him and the company. I plan to call in the spring for other issues I have around the house!

Shawn came out to my house from 1-Tom plumbing because we had a gas smell in our utility room. He found the gas leak and fixed it very quickly. I was also reasonably priced. I would recommend 1-Tom plumber for any of your plumbing needs. they are very fast and they came out the same day that I called.

I don't write many reviews. But Don was so hospitable that I wanted to write a thank you. A water pipe burst in the cold and I didn't know what to do. They understood my situation and came quickly. I found a great local company. If you ever have a plumbing related problem, I would definitely recommend this company.

Sean has been such a great help! He was onsite quick and was very helpful in finding parts for my property quicker than any other plumber I called. Got the parts same day and did an amazing job working swiftly and making sure we knew what was happening every step along the way. Will be my new go to plumber. Highly recommend and will tell all my properties who to use. Thank you!

We recently had an emergency plumbing issue and we took a chance and hired Tim McDougle from 1-Tom Plumber primarily because he could come over that afternoon. Fortunately, Tim was great! He was able to immediately detect the issue, pick up the necessary part, and repair and clean everything up for us. He explained everything to us and told us what needed to be done and it was pretty much what we had suspected so there were no surprises. Tim was very polite and friendly and worked hard well into the evening to make sure that everything was in working order--highly recommended!

Sean was polite, personable, and efficient. He was considerate about keeping the door closed while going back and forth to his vehicle for supplies, so as not to let out the heat. He was tidy and cleaned up after himself. He also took the time to share some tips for preventing clogs in the future and recommended a good, septic-safe drain cleaner. Best of all - our sink is draining again, hurrah!

Tim from 1–Tom came same day during record cold weather when our pipes froze and broke. He was so kind and knowledgeable, explained everything and got it fixed quickly. Came in on his day off on a holiday weekend, and was still cheerful. Highly recommend.
