Staff was great. Gentle and kind. I have dental anxiety and they made me feel safe and comfortable. I will recommend them to family and friends. Very pleased with service and outcome on partials. They explain everything and work with you. 5 star out of 5!

The staff here has consistently been super attentive and kind! They always keep me updated on what each procedure does/what to expect, so I'm never uncomfortable during my appointments. Especially Kimmy the receptionist -- she's super efficient and always makes me feel welcome. She even remembers my nickname even though I'm pretty sure it's not on file, and always recognizes me even though I dye and cut my hair a lot!

This was my first time coming here and I’m so glad I finally found a new dentist home in Denton. The Hygienist was very thorough when it came to obtaining information and my cleaning! The Dentist was amazing. He explained every single thing as he went along and was also able to give me treatment the same day as my exam. He made sure that I was comfortable and that I did not experience any pain. 10/10 Dental office and I highly recommend if you’re searching for a new dentist! Also a +++++ I did not have to wait long at all!! Which I very much appreciate!

The staff couldn't answer my questions about anything. I asked about teeth whitening and they dint know. I asked about the specialist I need to go to and they only have a print out with a number they don't know. I asked them about the bill? They don't know....
The guy taking my x rays was super gentle and nice! I liked the doctor he was nice.. but was so fast and I didn't understand what they were doing. Not any explanations I wanted about my teeth??
I will continue to go there but please train your staff. New girl has no idea and either did anyone answer my questions. Left office wondering why?

My first visit to Smiley Dental was to consist of two separate visits. I was to have a root canal and permanent crown procedure. I can honestly say that both visits were memorable; the first of course the more prominent because of the root canal and the second of the permanent crown setting. The staff was very informative on the exact details of the entire procedure. I especially admired how their financial and dental procedures were explained to before I made any definitive decisions to go forward. The staff was very friendly and made me feel very comfortable. The doctor was especially very comforting, always stopping to question my well being while in the dental chair. I strongly recommend anyone who needs dental work to give Smiley Dental of Denton a visit. The whole demeanor of the staff was very professional. And what made the biggest impression on me was how genuine and down to earth they all where. I can honestly say I left Smileys Dental with a big smile 😁! Thank you very much to the doctor and staff once again.

My visit here was great thankfully it was open on Saturday. I didn’t have an appointment but they made time to see me. Very professional and kind Staff. Will be making all my future dental appointments here ,all my needs were satisfied. They definitely know what they’re doing.

I came in on a Wednesday & was politely greeted by Kim and Ari upfront, Dr.Steven Nguyen is very patient friendly & made sure the patient was comfortable throughout the procedure. If I ever need dental treatment or have a family member who needs treatment. I'd definitely recommend this office/staff. The DAs in the back Jasmine were great. I believe the other assistants name was Noni 👍🏼

This is by far the best dentist I have been to in my life. They're very efficient and care about the patients. The fact that the receptionist remembers your name makes it so nice.

First off Great people very polite and Good positive energy.
I loved the doctor! He did an excellent job with my tooth extraction it was a pain in the rear to get it numb but they had the patience and knowledge to get er done! All the assistants were on point and very courteous. I would highly recommend using Smiley Dental they are awesome.

The office is nice and clean. When you walk-in, they greet you. Excellent staff! Doctor was nice and caring

Amazing service and staff, my girlfriend came here to get a tooth removed and they took care of her the same day. NO APPOINTMENT! Nolly, Kimmy and Dr. Steven were very professional considerate of my my girlfriends concerns and got the job done. I highly recommend this company for anyone needing dental care, trust me they won’t disappoint.

My experience at this dental office had to be at least my top 4 most dental offices are dirty and the staff are rude. But this one is different. Their office was really clean and Their staff were really kind and reassuring that my teeth were in good hands. Thank to all staff & Dr.

First time here. Everyone was so kind and they were able to take care of me. Was given a dental plan and was able to knock out a few cavities the same day. I look forward to coming back. Shout out to Kimmy 😁

I am missing my eye teeth and require partials for aesthetic reasons, this place always gets me in and makes the process so easy. I've had dentists where the process takes over a month to get a partial but here it was much quicker and I am always pleased with my smile after!

Amazing team took my daughter in to an appointment, the team was so very polite and professional very friendly all of them. Love this Dentist best I’ve seen so far.

I had such an amazing experience here everyone was so welcoming and cheerful to see me it made me very happy. I go in every month for my ortho check ups and everytime they take really good care of me and I always feel so happy when I leave.

Friday 2/15/24, came in with no appt. discomfort / pain in tooth. Took xray and told me to come back later that day. Dr Steven, Nolly and Kimmy were so comforting and accommodating. They removed tooth, and scheduled followed up visit. Definitely will be my primary dental location. Thank you !!

It was my 7YR old daughter’s first time here and from the very beginning everyone was so helpful kim checked us in and made sure we were informed every step of the way - the assistant Miss Nali was great with my daughter and honestly she couldn’t have done it with out her. Dr kane educated and listened to my daughters feelings the whole time. If you have kids this is definitely place to be.
