Samsung Warehouse - Coppell

Had to wait 6 hours to get live loaded. Confusing set up. Inbound delivering take your first left at the first guard shack. Outbound pick ups go around the building.

This place sucks big . Have fun waiting and wasting your day being here.

When I see reviews that are all over the place I try to write my own with a little more detail. Today is a Friday 11/18/22 I arrived at 10:45 AM for a 12 PM appointment. I got a door immediately the lady that checked me in was nice and courteous. It is 11:42 AM and they haven’t started loading
but we’ll see. It is just after 12 PM and they have started loading me. 12:30 PM I receive phone call saying that I was complete come get paperwork. To give you an idea of the weight I was only 1745 lbs. Also there was no long line to check in, after checking in with security I rolled right in. In another review someone mentioned about tight parking this is just like any other company they do have trailers across from the dock doors but that is to be expected. I was worried because of the other reviews. Got here at receiver 6:30am forklift driver was fast and efficient. Done by 7:05 a.m!!! Entrance is not where gps says. Turn left across from construction go all the way down and building on the left close to dead end. Everyone was super polite and helpful.

Not too bad I arrived before my appointment time go door and living 2.5 hours

My experience loading was awesome. I went in several hours prior to appointment time and was given a dock and loaded within 2 hours. Thanks Samsung employees for a awesome job. ( no parking after loading) 🙂

I arrived early to inquire about overnight parking or parking closeby...and because of the freight i had they unloaded me early. Awesome people. Of course no overnight parking here but there is a QT down the street at Belt line jct. Good luck

I’ve been here many times, how fast have they been? If you wanna eat lunch you best swallow it whole cuz your papers will likely be in your hand before you finish eating.

Appointment 12:00. Arrived 10:00. Left at 11:44

Entrance was a little tricky but it's a very large area hard to miss. Workers where friendly.

best place my driver appointment was for 3:00pm check in at 10:00am loaded at 11:30am
