Christian and IntegriBuilt did an amazing job replacing our roof and other damaged items after a hail storm hit our house. The people we dealt with from the company were very friendly, professional and helpful. Insurance, HOA, roof, deck, gutters etc. They'll walk you through every step and make sure you have a painless, easy experience.

Had a total roof replacement after the June ‘23 hail storm. Christian B was our rep. He was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable about all the steps in the process. A couple months after the work was done we noticed a few items that needed to be touched up, Christian was on it! All items were corrected promptly. I would recommend Christian without hesitation.

The severe hailstorm in June 2023 brought lots of damage to our house roof and finding a reputable roofing company was difficult. After searching for options, our relative recommended us IntegriBuilt and we are fortunate for following his recommendation.

We are very grateful to have been able to work with the wonderful IntegriBuilt team, Adam, Brea, and Gonzalo. Adam communicated with our insurance company throughout this process. He explained in detail the coverages, materials and especially and most important, to correct and bring the roof up to code.

Adam and his team were conscientious and were coordinating with us, explaining and resolving the issues that came along. They were always willing to answer any questions and to do the job to our satisfaction. In addition to this, the crew was sure to leave everything clean and in order.

I had my roof replaced in 2019. After having some issues with rotting decking and a previous Representative- Christian Bethune was given my case. After speaking with Christian on the phone he came by to inspect the matter. Two days after his inspection the rotten decking was replaced through the warranty. Christian has restored my faith in good customer service. He was prompt, courteous, professional and to the point. If I ever have issues or need a new roof . I will contact Christian. He is definitely an asset to the company. I feel he prevented this issue from going into a negative manner. Thank you so much Christian-

I’m editing my review- just found out yesterday that roofs have different classes ex: 1-5. Five being the best. My original sales person Adam- did not discuss this with me. After seeking another home owners insurance co. I found out my roof is a class 2. I’m upset that I was NOT informed by Adam that roofs come in classes. Which is now going to cost me more money for insurance. I was willing to pay extra at the time my roof was being replaced - I even discussed having extra work done if there was any damage not caused by the hail storm that caused my roof to be replaced. If I had been properly educated that this was a thing- I definitely would have paid extra at that time for a far better roof.
I’m disappointed with Adam. And because of him Integri-built will NEVER get my business nor a referral.

We had a leak in our attic and contacted multiple companies to check on it. Three companies said they couldn't find the leak but Christian with IntegriBuilt came back twice and finally found the leak. We ended up getting our roof replaced and Christian was extremely helpful during the whole process. Overall we are very satisfied with out service and would highly recommend IntegriBuilt to our friends and family.

I worked with Scott Kerlin of IntegriBuilt for replacing my roof after hail damage. He is a thorough professional - he educates the home owner, uses cutting edge technology to put together evidence, helps home owner submit and navigate insurance claim, and stays with roofing crew during install (answering questions, coordinating changes, etc). It has been a real pleasure working with Scott. He makes a a difficult, complex process easy to navigate for the homeowner.

From the very beginning, Adam Browning and his team educated us, answered all our numerous questions and had the patience to walk us through various scenarios regarding the replacement of a damaged roof, 8 windows that had seals broken requiring replacement, replacement of a sun roof light, and the redo of much of our master bathroom. His experienced eye caught all the flaws, his reputation with the insurance company and his mastery of this process is the best I’ve seen as a homeowner of 30 years. In fact, we started getting compliments from our neighbors within a few days of completion. They said it looked "like a new home!" We’ve had 3 roofs replaced, all the appliances replaced, and just about everything you can think of regarding repairs on our home BUT I can safely say that Adam was the best in my 30 years of home ownership!

At the end of install, the roof looked great and my yard was so clean that you couldn't even tell that there was work done. ..........Our POC: Clint Combs - It took less than 2 weeks to get my roof installed, from first call to installment. Clint made the entire process smooth and stress free. He answered & explained every question we had. He was extremely professional & you could just tell that he was an honest & caring guy. On install day, when I walked outside, Clint immediately greeted me, started explaining the process, and showed me the materials that were being used. I could tell that Clint was very proud of the materials that were being used as he explained the function/type of each one. That right there told me that I was getting a good product & a great install (he was proudly standing behind each product). ....It's very rare that I would recommend a vendor to my friends & neighbors, but I highly recommend Clint to my neighbors who also needed roof work.

Rarely if ever, in your life, you will come across the kind of exceptional service a contractor will deliver for you like the Integribuilt team will. Right from the moment you meet Scott Kerlin and see the precision and dedication with which he documents the damage and works with the insurance company you know you are about to witness something exceptional. I was worried about how my insurance company was dealing with my claim and a friend recommended Scott Kerlin to me. Once he came and did his assessment and supplemental I was greatly relieved that all the damage to my house would be paid for by my insurance provider. Going just beyond the roof replacement I was blown away with the kind of documentation and photos Scott generated that showed beyond a doubt the damage to the gutters, gutter covers, downspouts, windows, chimney shrouds, fence, pool and AC equipment. He worked with the City of Plano to ensure that the roof ventilation met code and was able to get that also paid for by the Insurance company from the bucket that is available to meet code during repairs. That involved putting in enough soffit vents and solar powered attic fans to proper attic ventilation. He also ensured that other minor needed repairs were take care, ex.: rotting fascia board in a few places. I could go on and on and on but you get the picture. Scott is assisted by Brea who also delivers exceptional work from the office side with supporting documentation, filing the docs with the Insurance company for the depreciation etc. So if you ever have damage from a hailstorm just call them and you will be in the best possible hands.

We had a complicated roofing job: one building of three-story town homes with high-pitched roofs. Scott Kerlin was our consultant. He was extremely professional, willing to take calls and answer questions. He responded promptly to calls, texts and emails. Scott came buy to visit us the Saturday before our job and was thoughrough in his review with us as to what to expect the day of the installation. The crew was amazing, on time, very attentive, covered our windows and patio so nothing was damaged. The clean up was really thorough as well. Tough job done in one day. Amazing team work. We worked with Christian Bethune getting our roof replaced following a bad storm. Before we even hired him for the job, he first came out to assess the damage and then came back while the insurance adjusters were there to make sure we got what we needed. He did a detailed review of the quote and made sure to answer any questions. Upon hiring, he and his crew moved very quickly. The work was done thoroughly and we are very happy with the quality. We had one concern regarding a roof vent which upon calling, Christian was out that night to inspect. Overall, we are very pleased with their services and highly recommend.

RBN fitted roofs on 2 properties which had storm damage. I was very pleased with their work and above all their professionalism dealing with the claim and helping me choose between different roofing options. They were throughout transparent and very helpful.

Our roof in Flower Mound was recently destroyed in a hail storm and needed replaced. We were fortunate to have chosen IntegriBuilt Roofing as our roofing contractor, due to many professional references, but even more fortunate to have been assigned Christian as the Project Manager. From the first meeting where the roof was inspected and a damage report developed for the insurance company to numerous meetings covering all aspects of the job, Christian was always readily available to answer questions, schedule the job, direct contractors to insure the work was performed correctly and provide ready access to a group of highly skilled experts when needed to resolve various issues. He has vetted an extensive group of trades such as painting, ventilation, drainage, carpentry etc. that might be needed to successfully complete a roofing project.. Bottom line, IntegriBuilt Roofing is in a class of its own and with Project Managers like Christian on your job, your cannot go wrong. Daniel Lehew has taken great care of us. I am on an HOA board of an older condo complex and first we used Integri-built Roofing to cover 17 patios and Daniel took good care of us. Next we had several hard to resolve leaks at a few fireplaces and corners and the quotes were fair and the work was done promptly and as of this time all problems have been resolved.

Also, the roofers from this company were efficient and quick at their job on my small rooftop project. They added a vent pipe and new turtle vents/covers to my roof.
