Animal Health Care Center

I've been going to the Animal Health Care Center since 2017. The staff are very kind and welcoming.

Whenever I bring my fur babies to the vet, I know I can trust them to care for them as if they were their own. I care about my dogs and want what's best for them, and although money can be tight, they give me reasonable prices that I can afford while still getting the best care.

My dogs love them, and I would recommend any pet parent to this vet.

groomer is very good. I have a spoiled dog and is very difficult in the service, but the dog was cut very neatly and beautifully, groomer listened to all the wishes and fulfilled everything, my dog ​​was little aggressive due to the fact that this was our first visit, but the groomer and the reception were understanding, we were completely unbearable to pay little extra for inconvenience and I am very happy and grateful for such a possible. I definitely recommend this place.

The best place for excellent and good care to take your pet for excellent medical care. Dr Woods and Simmons along with the excellent staff is off the charts. MissBinky is so attached and ❤ loves Sarah.

As a first time puppy owner, bringing my puppy to AHCC was probably one of the best decisions I could have made. They've given me all the suggestions in raising my pup the most healthy way- they showed me how to clean her ears and brush her teeth. Dr. Wood and the nurses are always so kind and considerate. After every visit, they make sure to check in a day or 2 after to make sure my pup was doing well after her vaccinations. They kindly answer every question I have and give me the best reassurance that I am doing the right things. I strongly suggest them to any new puppy owners!

From the front door to checkout, a stellar experience. The attention to detail and the level of care is world class. If only they did humans too.

I was able to get in for an appointment quickly (two days from requested!) and they were very upfront with costs and what my pet needed. They checked on me multiple times and ensured that my pet was doing well with them. We scheduled follow up appointments and I am happy to continue to have them as my primary vet moving forward!

We originally took one of our dogs here for an ongoing issue when our original vet was booked out for a month. We eventually ended up switching over fully for both dogs! Everyone is accommodating and invested and it shows.

Been going to Dr. Wood for over 20 years (almost 25) Total of 6 dogs over the years. She cares about her clients (humans too). Amazing person and vet. The best. Love her and the clinic!!!!

Been to this vet the last 5 years with my 2 dogs. They are THE BEST. Receptionists are caring and kind. Also very understanding with pricing and what you can afford, you're not surprised at the end of your visit. Pricing is also very fair and your animals receive great service. They remember and care for your animals. Very clean and great at staying ontime. Also great for emergencies and fitting you in! I would recommend this place to anyone that cares how their animals are treated.

Very trusting and caring staff !!! QUALITY CARE & Love. Clinic is clean and well maintained. Receptionist is friendly, helpful and professional. Dr. Wood is nice, approachable, very thorough and attentive. No pressure. No gimmicks. You get the QUALITY that you pay for.

We love AHCC!! They have treated our cat's like family! Now with Covid-19 they have taken all precautions to keep everyone safe. Our kittens Luigi and Daisy.

This place has the best service of all of the vets I have been to in my life time the employees are all friendly and go above and beyond every time and they care for the customer and the pet. 10/10 I would point anyone one I know to here as they care as much as I do about my pets. Jen a super star employee that I can point out as just one of the examples of how awesome the team is there.

When Cheeto was 4 months old, we chose to visit the Animal Health Care Center because it was right around the corner from our condo and convenient incase of emergencies! Now that we live in Kent, we skip all of the vets on the sides of the road while travelling back to the Animal Health Care Center. My spouse and I absolutely love Cheeto, and the staff here treats him as the patient that he is. Every time they walk in the room, they greet him with his name (he does know his name so he will immediately make eye contact :) ). They even give us a call the day after he gets immunizations to make sure he is feeling good and healing well. I'm not a pro with vet prices, but I spend from $100-$200 per trip here which includes an exam, multiple vaccines, butt shaving, nail trimming, etc. I think I get a pretty great deal and Cheeto gets lots of love and compassion when he visits the vet. The "animal nurses" never push sales upon you and give you a print out of items they recommend to you and thoroughly explain each detail. I'll continue coming back with our little Cheeto puff!

They took really great care of my dog, even with short notice for an urgent pet visit. My dog can be very difficult with strangers, but she had no issue with any of the staff at Animal Health Care Center! We found scheduling easy and accessible. Dr. Woods also did a terrific job cleaning my dog’s teeth. We are very happy with the service they’ve provided us. They are always so prompt and thorough.

The staff was very professional and caring for my puppy. They were knowledgeable and willing to share information regarding his health care and his immunizations. They also sent me home with further pamphlets and said that they would be available if I had any questions. They called and did a follow up call with me to see how he was doing after his immunizations. I would recommend this clinic to anyone who is looking for care for their puppies

Exceptionally fast and friendly service in a tough situation. My dogs nail was halfway off and they got us in ASAP and was extremely helpful. Asked all the necessary questions and took great care of us. Will definitely be back!

I felt that the people working there liked my dog, and treated her good. I was never worried about her safety. I felt I could trust the vets. I really liked that we got everything written down as well, so we don't forget what we agreed to.

My experiences with Animal Health Care Center have always been positive and informative. Dr. wood and her crew are very caring and you can tell they love animals. Everyone in that center is exceptional. Even though I live quite a distance away, I continue to return because I know my little dog is getting excellent care. And I appreciate their follow-up calls. Thank you for being there for all of us who love our pets.
