I never have any issues with Pleasant Run Family Dental and the team.of amazing women that work there. Everyone is really friendly, and thorough. I always feel like I'm getting the best care.

Dr. Patel and her staff are wonderful. I always feel as if I am part of a family when I go for my treatment. The staff is always very knowledgeable about my treatment plan and always make sure that I get the best value out of my dental coverage. Everyone is very kind and attentive. Anytime I go in for treatment, It is always a pleasant experience for me.

My husband received treatment here for fillings, and the beginning stage of a root canal, and he loved his experience. Friendly staff, and a doctor that takes her time with you. Dr. Patel is great and knows what she’s doing. We’ll be back!

Dr. Patel is amazing! She always gives detailed explanations and listens to all of my concerns. She restored my top front teeth and took care of my aesthetic concerns making me feel confident about my teeth. The assistant Shy (I believe that’s her name), Ruby & Nayeli are always so much help! I’ve had a great experience with them

I give a five -star rating because I had an extraction done yesterday. 01 22 24 the customer service was great; The Dr. was very professional and seemed to be so caring. the whole staff was caring, I just wish that all medical places was as caring as Pleasant Run Family Dental. Now a days it seems that everyone in the medical field just don't care about the patients anymore. They made me feel at ease. Thank you Pleasant Run Family Dental.

I love the staff here! They’re so personable and sweet! I cry and act like a child when any work is done on my teeth lol but they remain patient and nice. They answer all questions and keep you updated.

Best team ever!! Very attentive and patient. Dr. Sedi is very gentle and explains each step of the process. The staff is very knowledgeable and courteous. I love the fact that they say my name when I enter the building. I received a call at 7pm after a procedure. They were just checking on me. Love it!

My experience with Pleasant Run Family Dental is Amazing , I'm usually nervous when it comes to procedures but was made comfortable by the staff and I was able to calm down , the staff is Very Courteous and Knowledgeable , Communication is something I value also , I Encourage Everyone to Experience This Great Staff and Doctors , You Won't Be Disappointed ! ! !

I absolutely love it here! Everyone working in this office/clinic is so caring and welcoming from the time you walk thru the doors. They make sure you are comfortable and not scared…and they have a genuine concern for you as their patient. The clinic always smells so clean, small play area for kids, enough seating, and entertainment in every room-not just the waiting area. There are chairs in the rooms for those parents who choose to go in the back area with their children. I love it here. Great customer service and quality work at its best! Communication, scheduling, and the way everything is explained to you in detail are just some of the ways that I truly appreciate them…these ladies are wonderful! 😊

I decided to make an appointment for the first time since i relocated, and my experience was amazing 10/10. Dr.Patel is a great doctor she makes sure you understand the procedures, she is very patient and very knowledgeable. Ruby and Valerie are such amazing as well very professional.
