Tony and KP were both awesome!

Tony is at the very edge of understanding design concepts. He is one of the very few people I've met that could understand my design vision without myself having to fully explain things in detail and would just get it right away. He spent a lot of time going over every detail with me on cabinets.

KP was very delightful and has an incredible work ethic. I didn't have to waste my time with tiles because she knew right away what I was looking for and my budget and found a few right away. She is definitely a great asset if you end up having her as your account manager!

Tony Arnold was excellent He went out of his way to make sure our selections were exactly what we needed. ProSource definitely has customer service front center. It truly was a stress free experience.

KP was excellent working with us for our big remodel! She was so patient and helpful as we struggled to decide what we wanted vs what was within our price range. We finally got the perfect tile at a great price, and her laminate suggestion saved us a ton of money for our budget!

ask for Leah Chalfant when you are doing your home/bathroom remodels and more, my clients love her. Coppell ProSource store is really updated with the best floors and home accessories.

Best flooring store ever! Not only did they have many floor samples to look at but the staff was very friendly and happy to help me. But the winner of the whole experience was Kim “KP” Phemister. Honestly, she was absolutely wonderful and helped me so much. She gave my kids crayons and coloring books while she provided me with great service and helped me pick out my dream floor. KP made the stressful experience of picking out floor stress free and fun. She made a lifelong costumer out of me! I will definitely be back!

My wife and I are building a custom home in Cedar Hill. Our builder sent us to ProSource, and told us to speak with Libby Hernandez. Some friends of ours met with her the day before, and told us she was fantastic. They were right. Working with Libby was a wonderful experience. She picked up our style in minutes, and was able to help us when we hit a snag in making choices. We look forward to working with her again.

I am in the process of building a home and in our current supply and worker shortage it is so challenging to get the right product...on time...and great customer service. Working with KP (Kim Phemister) at Prosource Coppell is like hitting the trifecta. She worked hard to ensure that my orders were up to her level of standards. KP went to bat for me when I needed to return tile for extreme color variation. This is the second time I have used ProSource for my building/remodeling projects and I would not go anywhere else. Best selections and best service.

I originally started at the Allen ProSource, and do not recommend that store. I gave ProSource in general another shot by going into the Coppell location (which is actually much closer to me anyway) and I can tell you the staff makes ALL the difference. Kim S. has been helping me and my designer and has been very easy and pleasant to work with. We were able to select tile that was available. There are a lot of items that just aren't available right now due to Covid related supply chain issues. As we selected tiles she would go and call the MFG while we were still looking to ensure it was available, if it wasn't she let us know right then so we could move on and select something else, this was a completely opposite experience than I had at the Allen store.

Kim “KP” at the Coppell store was amazing to work with. She was extremely fast with follow up and went out of her way to ensure fantastic customer service and project completion. Will definitely use her again for all of my flooring needs. John with Windows was also great and easy to work with. I can’t wait to start my next project! Thanks, ProSource! You have a great team!

My wife and I went to the store with a list of what we needed, Kim Schaumburg was assisting us. She was very professional, answered all the questions we had. Kim is very knowledgeable and gave us a few very good ideas. She emailed me the quote the very next day. Some of the tiles were back ordered, so she suggested a few alternatives that were available without any wait. So, I would strongly recommend Kim to anyone, she knows her stuff and she will go above and beyond to meet the customers' needs. Thank you, Kim.

I had bought a home with wood paneling on the ceiling, which was absolutely gorgeous but hard to match flooring. Sean not only gave me advice and helped pick out colors, but he went above and beyond, answering my questions via text and keeping me up to date on delivery, which was absolutely amazing since I had to be out of the country. His professionalism and customer service made everything a breeze, for a process that is everything but, especially right now.

I made a few changes to my order and they took it all in stride taking the necessary steps to provide the best customer experience.

Jackie Brown was wonderful to work with to pick out wood floors for a remodel as well as tile for bathroom floors. Picking out remodel products can be exhausting and stressful. We utilized ProSource for all my wood, tile and carpet needs. Their prices were lower than anywhere (believe me I checked) and their service is great. KP is incredible. She helped us from start to finish from designing to ordering. Don't think we could have made our selections without her! She is the best!

Amazing selection, service and expertise! I've been working with Kim and Melanie on a bathroom remodel and both continue to amaze me with their knowledge and "can do" approach. I can't express how grateful I am for their support, and the pricing is terrific too. No question this is the best place to buy building materials in the Coppell area.

Sean Kalseth at ProSource in Coppell was FANTASTIC to work with! I had selected backsplash tile and engineered wood flooring at ProSource in Allen, but kept calling and emailing for price quotes and couldn’t get the rep to get back to me on pricing! So I called the Coppell store, Sean answered the phone and had price quotes to me in less than an hour! He even procured a free box of the wood so I could make sure it was the color and texture I wanted! Everything moved quickly and without issue and I will ABSOLUTELY call ProSource in Coppell again!

KP (Kim) assisted me, and she was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful, providing the kind of service I wish I could experience everywhere. This ProSource location has an especially large selection of flooring, and KP helped me navigate it and find the perfect option for my needs. She was totally tuned into my needs and wants, and was also fun to work with! Her graciousness, great followup, and overall professionalism made my floor buying experience a wonderful one.
