Chipotle Mexican Grill

I came on halloween to take advantage of their $6 entrees around 9pm and it was so so busy in there. Even though it was super busy and very stressful in there, every single worker that we interacted with was so kind and helpful. I like coming to this Chipotle out of all of the other ones in the area and this just confirms that I need to keep coming back here! I was so appreciative of all of the workers serving everyone and their kind attitudes! Never before have I received customer service like this.

We didn't stand in the line to long. The food was good. The only thing I would add is that they should have someone to clean tables as guest are leaving so others can sit.

Very good! I had a custom bowl! Food was fresh! Hot food was hot, the veggies were cool (good)! The staff was very friendly and the restaurant was very clean!! This was not my first visit and won't be my last. Keep up the good work!

For what it is. Get in and good out with a yummy burrito in a nice proportion. Great for the person with an appetite who also needs to be on the go.

i’m usually not the one to leave reviews, however, i had the best experience at this location. Usually when i come here, the employees seem angry and they tend to take it out on the customers. However, the young lady who was working on the line (asking for rice, beans, and protein) on 10/19 around 7:30pm was absolutely pleasant, she deserved a review. Extremely kind and honestly made my day so much better. I wish i asked for her name but i didn’t get the chance

The food is always fresh and delicious! The staff are super friendly. I don't like the outdoor area because it's in the parking lot and right on 380!

This Chipotle cooks their meats deliciously and gives generous portions! Wasn't too packed on a Saturday either

Since COVID, we have ordered pickup from this location a few times. They always have it ready and packaged/set aside for pickup quickly. The staff always has masks on and the bag is sealed shut, so we know it hasn’t been messed up.

Their food is good as always. Love Chipotle.

I had a reward on the app that expired too soon to use but they were out of chips(the reward). They gave me a free entree and were super friendly. They earned a customer for the whole school year

If you are gonna eat any chipotle in Denton... It HAS TO BE THIS ONE!!! THE FOOD WAS GOOD!!! THE SERVICE WAS GOOD!!!! STAFF IS REALLY NICE !!! BUT THE BEST ONE IN DFW IS IN LEWISVILLE OFF MAIN ST!!! HANDS DOWN BY FAR THE BEST CHIPOTLE IN DFW

I am very impressed with the customer service at this location! I had to wait a little bit to pick up a mobile order, which was totally fine, seeing as the place was pretty busy. But, the petite cashier woman offered me a free drink because of the wait. She went above and BEYOND! Also, the people here always get my order just right. 😻

First time at Chipotle ever. The staff were all very friendly. Got plant based veggie bowl. It was fantastic. I normally take part of a meal home. Not this time. It was so good I ate the whole thing. The guacamole is GREAT!!! From my experience, I found the place I will stop to eat when in town and planning to eat. My new go to place to eat a quick meal. Delicious.

This was my first time getting a bowl. It was good. The sour cream doesn't go well with the queso cheese for some reason though. Made the food more sour than salty. Will be skipping one or the other next time. The Associates were friendly in this nice little spot. Comfortable atmosphere here.

My experience at Chipotle's is always a wonderful one. The staff are always about customers satisfaction! They don't make a fuss when you request extras on your entree, very accommodating. I leave there feeling happy!!!

My hat goes off to the crew that was on the evening shift for 2/26. Chips were perfect, portioning was great, and the meat/rice was really well seasoned. Best chipotle meal in a long time.

Chipotle is a favorite of mine regardless of the location. We have had some very disappointing customer service experiences since moving to Denton, but not at Chipotle. I came in on a very busy day during the lunch rush and was able to get in and out in under 10 minutes. Not only was it quick and easy, but also delivered with the best attention and attitude. I left with a smile on my face and took my bowl home to enjoy. I'm the only one in my family who has a special relationship with cilantro lime rice and am happily continuing to enjoy it in Denton.

Very impressed by this particular Chipotle location! Staff is extremely friendly and fast. We were there on a very busy Sunday afternoon during the post-church rush, and our wait time was shorter than even a typical Chipotle line during non-peak hours. Way to go Denton Chipotle!

This is one of the best Chipotle's I've been to. The food was fresh and delicious and the staff was friendly and kind. I will definitely be coming back!
