I have invisalign through Brident. Very helpful and nice. Yes I wish Ortho was there a bit more but during the appointments they're very attentive. My advice, go metal braces but you'll see results with invisalign. Thank you!!

I’ve now been twice and honestly I don’t understand why this place isn’t a 5/5 stars. The ladies behind the counter are WONDERFUL, this dentist office is top notch for people who have dental anxiety. You don’t feel judged, or feel any type of negative feelings about the state of your teeth or how your smile is. They’re here to help. This place understands and cares for the patients. I usually have serious anxiety going into a doctor’s office, but here? i am so comfortable and feel genuinely taken care of. this is a HUGE Thank You to the staff at Royal Dental. I will be returning whenever I have any dental needs.

Lady Quinette, aka GiGi has been with them for over 7 years and I love how she and Dr. Andress work together to give me the best possible service. Lady Sandra, the Office Manager is so friendly and makes you feel you’re at the best place for the best solution for your dental needs. I had Lady Rosa who did a spectacular job on cleaning my teeth. My experience was a good one I came a little late and they let me in so I can get a cleaning. Cynthia in the front desk was friendly and quick even though she was occupied she took her time with me. Ester is super helpful and reasonable lady when it comes to understanding your situation. Youdi the hygienist is focused and friendly when it comes to her job she cleaned my teeth and made me feel like home

This is my first time coming to Royal Dental and the first person I spoke with was Sandra, she demonstrated good customer service and was able to give my daughter and I next day appointment. My dad has been a patient there for several years and it has always been a very welcoming place to come to. My dad paralyzed half side of his body and it is very difficult to work around him since he is immobilized.. But Dr Andres is such a down to earth person, very patient and not rushing my dad when he worked on him, and I appreciate this a lot. His assistant Gigi and Alex are very friendly and more than kind. Alex always came out to assist me with my Hoyer lift to get my dad into my car. I never have anyone that does this kind of help at any where else. Everyone treat you like family. You always get greeted and big smile from Cynthia as you get in the door, and for processing your paper work for your claim, Esther will get your claim done so fast you will not believe it. She is on top of what’s she’s doing.
You will not be disappointed if you come to this Royal dental location. If I can give them a 10 star, I will.
