I visited this store today & was greeted amazingly by the employees.. Luis Puente helped me through my whole visit & the professionalism from his part was amazing. thank you so much Luis! definitely 10/10!!

The is my second visit within a week to this location. Both times I was assisted by Marjorie. She was great. She was professional, easy to talk to, friendly and had product and service knowledge. She helped me choose a new phone along with some accessories. Her service was great and I appreciate her attention to detail. I'll come back to see her for Christmas presents. Thanks Marjorie.

Raul was great with helping me print my label so I can bring my phone to the ups store environment was clean and nice

Needed a new phone BAD! Glad I walked in to this T-Mobile! I was greeted by Brizayda as soon as I walked into the store. She was able ask questions to understand my needs and made a recommendation as to what device would best fit my needs. This was by far the best experience I’ve had at a T-Mobile retail store! Thank you Brizayda and team!

Saxon is an awesome guy. He took his time with me and he was very kind. I will recommend this to all the customers that comes in T-Mobile.
