I was refinancing my mortgage and called American Family Insurance to see if they could help me with my lender's and underwriting coverage requirements. The receptionist was easy to talk to and she took my information down to pass along to one of the agents. I was then connected to Ana L Calvillo and she immediately worked on my application and called my lender to see what documents and specific home policy coverages were needed. Ana and another agent named Bonnie worked very hard in getting the documents and required coverages to my lender. Thank you! They were both courteous and professional. Ana then worked her magic again in getting me coverage for my car. She made the whole process very easy and painless. This team is awesome! I highly recommend them for insurance needs.

There was some miscommunication regarding our insurance and I was so frustrated. We decided to go see our Agent Ms. Rosalba. We were running late and had not booked an appointment on top of it we only had about 10mins before they closed. Thank GOD we found Ms. Rosalba. I explained to her my frustration and a trail of communication emails that lead to the confusion and hence lapse in payment of the insurance cover. Honestly I was so blown away, she went out of her way not only to reinstate our insurance but gave us even further discounts. It was on a Saturday and they close at 12pm, that did not deter her from helping us out. She ensured our insurance was active, we left her office at 2:15pm never once did she look at her clock nor asked us to come within the office hours. Now to me this is not only dedication but we felt so valued as customers. I am extremely grateful and recommend her 100%.
