Ashley and her team have gone beyond my expectations for investigating the fraud on my account. She has been diligently keeping me up to date with her actions and the actions put in place to secure my accounts. The events that took place were not against her team but other locations. Ashley should be recognized for the professionalism she continues to show each and every conversation/visit that I have had with her. Please know that I respect and trust her with my financial activities.

Banked with Amegy for many, many years at this Branch. I have only good things to say about my banking exp. with Amegy and the employees at this location. Thanks for a lot of help and great service!

Had a bad experience at this branch.
When you go inside and ask to use the bathroom and they tell you they have No Public Bathroom is ridiculous.
I've bank with them for over 15 years.
I will never come back to this branch ever again. Didn't even want to give them one star.. No option

This is the worst, rudest location I have ever ran into. I am a long time customer that has brought over 15 family members and 3 large businesses to Amegy. I choose to have a location in Conroe as my home bank instead of ever setting foot in this location. Amegy as a bank is great,this location is RUDE.

Don't come to this location this people is very racist they pretend to verify a check that is issue from their own bank and they said that they didn't answer and make a excuse to don't cash my check

Poor customer service went thru the drive thru and no one even greeted me or said nothing! Just to cash a check took over an hour!!! They need more help and friendlier customer service!!!

When you’re working on verifying a check for 20 minutes, just let the customer know what you’re doing so they don’t feel like you’ve forgotten them with your backs turned to the customer 😊

$8 fee to cash my company's check that was under $200. And when I questioned it, I was not meet with a pleasant response. Poor customer service and not a very friendly cashier. She obviously did not want to help anyone.
