This bank has 20th Century banking policies. I deposited a check and they put a 9 business day hold on it. I can not use my money for 2 weeks. What other modern bank has such antiquated policies

My card NEVER works online! I'm so tired of this issue. Unless it's amazon, it won't work! Doesn't matter if it's local or in the US or another country. It never works. Gets declined every single time. I hate it. I've called and they say it's "fraud protection".....no it's not! I have asked for them to unblock whatever it is and they say they can't. I am fed up and having my husband switch to my other bank for our main accounts. Trying to buy Christmas presents, nope, trying to order food on an app, nope! And to make it worse, when it gets declined, it does not call/Text me to verify its me to push it through. The few times it has, it still doesn't push the purchase through and I have to end up calling the bank and it still doesn't work!

If you work, you basically can’t bank there. Not open after 4:00pm, not open Saturday, not open before 9:00am. Since I work it doesn’t accommodate my banking needs. Very frustrating!

Teller is rude I changed banks because of it.
