If there is ever an issue with a uniform or order, Marco works to resolve the issue satisfactorily. He is responsible and also a great representative of Unifirst as a company. He always takes the time to discuss our deliveries with us and update us on order statuses. He goes above and beyond to make sure our employees get the service and products that they need.

Recommend UniFirst out of Odessa. Our routesalesman Ernie Minjarez, is awesome! Checks in every time he comes in! Makes sure we don’t need anything before he leaves. He’s very nice and friendly, we’ve had drivers go up to him personally and ask for exchange in sizes and Ernie has always helped! If we have any questions or concerns Ernie always gets it figured out.

Juan Vargas is our Unifirst Representative here at Mid-Cities Community Church and he always gives us great customer service.
