Justin was not only professional and quick. He was really personable and pleasant. He explained clearly what he was going to do without using terms that only a plumber would know. I really appreciated his demeanor while working and input he gave to help us not endure problems in the future. I will call and ask for him every time we need help.

Our main sewer blocked up and I had a plumber come out who could not resolve the issue. I called Roto Rooter and they sent Steve who arrived in a couple of hours and explained the situation very clearly to me and was able to clear my line. They did a detailed video showing my problem as a scaling cast iron pipe.
I think the price was reasonable and both technicians were professional.
I would definitely recommend.

Called around 10:30 after another company wanted to reschedule my appointment or charge more. Call RotoRooter and they showed up within 1 hour. Took care of the issue nice and fast, no mess. Great response and technician provided great information on avoiding the issue in the future. Will use them again.

Josh showed up promptly and took care of the problem with an extra fluorish, leaving us with an extra shiny faucet and newly sealed hardware. Always happy to use Roto-Rooter!

The gentleman who replaced our shower cartridges (Fred) was courteous, efficient, and thorough. He successfully tackled a tough job and ensured all repairs functioned correctly before departing. Couldn't ask for better service but quality work doesn't come cheap.

Polite knowledgeable on time called ahead everything a person would want on a plumbing repair . Justin came out on M memorial day Monday showed up promptly, diagnosed my problem and gave me a quote which was quite reasonable and then fixed the problem.

Scott was super friendly and knowledgeable. He was able to fix the leak we had under the sink and was able to answer all the questions we had. I'll be calling Roto-Rooter for any plumbing issues in the future.

Fred came out, diagnosed the issue within first 15 min, told me my options, picked up the parts, and fixed my issues. He worked efficiently and cleaned up everything behind him. It was a Saturday and I was worried I would have to wait until the week like the other places I called but now we are back up and running within a few hours of me calling! I was very impressed with Fred’s expertise and professionalism and would use Roto-Rooter again.

Fred did a super job installing a new water heater. He knew exactly what would work in my daughter’s apartment. He explained everything he was doing and made sure everything was working before he left. Very good polite too.

My water heater started leaking and They were able to make it out the next day and replace it in only a few hours! The team is very easy to work with and reasonably priced!
