HANDS DOWN the BEST pizza establishment in Cleburne! The BEST Papa John's that I've ever encountered for that matter! The staff here are always so friendly. Friendly customer service goes a LONG way and this location knows how to treat their customers! I've ordered from their competitors in the past - horrible customer service, greasy pizzas and just down right gross. Papa John's has always been my favorite, but this location tops them all!! I'll never again purchase pizza from anywhere else in Cleburne. This Papa John's always has my order ready in a timely manner, the food always tastes great (isn't greasy like their competitors) and the customer service is straight up top notch!! Keep up the great work Cleburne Papa John's!! Thank y'all for great food and superb customer service!

I love ordering from this Papa John's. Staff is so friendly and food is always delish. We have made it out Friday night delivery! We live pretty far from town but these guys get to to us always under the time quoted.

I ordered on line and had some difficulty with it. Young man at pick up was super nice and helpful anyway. Only waited 10 or 15 minutes and he brought it out to our car.

Ordered on the app for the first time, order was ready upon arrival. Pizza was still hot when we got home. Really good pizza, will be back!

I see so many bad reviews. I've used this pizza place several times and they are always really busy and still get us our pizza In a timely manner or are good at letting us know it will be awhile. Today ordered 6 pizzas for teacher appreciation week they got the tax exception and made sure we got the best price and all our pizzas were ready in 30min. Great service for a pizza place. Will continue to use them!

I love their crust so much more than any of the other chain stores. And it's a nice friendly touch to have the owner helping with each pizza

Even with the 'Rona (Covid -19) going on, these guys and gals are always willing to help. I'm in a wheelchair and I order delivery frequently. Also live in the country so my delivery options are limited. You can never count on these guys to disappoint. They are always willing to go the mekstrom mile and the food is always delicious which is why I order from there. If you want great service and good pizza check them out.

Great customer service and friendly staff. Pizza is always high quality and they'll fix it if it's not. Never had toppings that weren't fresh and they always cook it just right. No matter how you like it they can make it for you.

My order wasn't correct because of an online mix up but James stepped up and fixed it. Its nice to see happy employees. I definitely recommend this location. Plus its in a non typical building which is cool. Great franchise location. Keep up the good work.

Our delivery driver brought dog treats with him for our dogs & it was so incredibly sweet! We didn’t catch his name but thank you Papa John’s Cleburne! Y’all are doing it right! 5 stars as always! ♥

Only had a $100 on me and the delivery driver wasn’t able to give me change (due to lack of change provided by his employer) and just gave me the pizzas. That delivery guy deserves a raise! Great guy all around. Wish I could’ve caught his name, but thank you!

I have eaten at Papa John's all over the country...Pizza Hut not only here in the USA, but internationally....you name the pizza joint...I have likely eaten there. This is one of the very best....pizza is always as ordered...I like to customize mine, hot, delivery is fast.....five stars and every time in Cleburne, I am sure to order from there...

The guy who helped me late last monday evening was so awesome. BUT...this new way of ordering pizza sounded like I was talking to a guy from india in the tech department. It took me forever to simply order a pizza and it was just overall super awkward

Papa John's - Cleburne is by far and away the best Papa John's I've ordered from. They always work to get you the best deal or discount. My family and I order regularly (2 to 3 times monthly) and will continue to. Great job Cleburne team!
