I could not have been happier with the stitching repair job they did! Much better than the original shoe maker did. I highly recommend them!

The guys did excellant work on 2 pairs of runners i had them work on. Highly recomneded. Good work , and good value.

The friendly man behind the counter gave me a very clear explanation and expectation if what could be done for my shoes. They were ready when promised and looked better than I had expected for a very reasonable price. I appreciate this style of business so much!

Love this place. They do a fabulous job of saving damaged shoes, bags, belts, etc.

Got a pair repaired for scuffs and sole and one just for polish. Was very impressed with the work . My polished pair is still looking as good as new since last 3 weeks of wearing them

I had an old pair of very expensive Finn Comfort shoes. The Houston Shoe Hospital resoled and reconditioned them for a tiny fraction of what a new pair of the same shoes would have cost me. Photo attached. I only have one suggestion for them: It would be nice to return the shoes with new laces.

Houston Shoe Hospital always does great work. From my dress shoes to my cowboy boots, I trust them to make any and all repairs. Any they always come out looking better than new.

Pleasant and friendly Customer Service! Delivery was on time! The shoes were refurbished to look almost brand new and the touch of adding new shoe laces made them look even better. I highly recommend the Houston Shoe Hospital we have used them for many years!

What a pleasure it always is having a shoe break to get it repaired here. This time it was a nice Talbots leather and cashmere glove with a finger tip that had come undone. I appreciate the old fashioned craftsmanship and skill that goes into repairs like these, in our modern era of disposable fast fashion.

This place is awesome! Dropping off my 2 pairs of shoes was a BREEZE, everything was explained in detail and any questions I had were answered. I appreciated him taking the time to explain stuff to me! Very up front about how long the repairs would take and yes they were done on time!! When I went to pick up my shoes I was blown away by the quality! These are my first pairs of nice shoes that it was worth fixing and to see them resoled, cleaned, polished, in bags with stuffing in them to keep shape!!! -- just WOW!!!! I am so happy! Wore the boots the day after I got them back and they feel brand new!!! Can't wait to wear my newly soled sandals next year !! :D Thank you so much, Houston Shoe Hospital!!! I will definitely be visiting again with other shoes and maybe I'll even bring in a purse or two! You've opened up a world of possibilities for some very loved items in my closet !! :D

I am very happy with the repairs. My shoes looks like new, even better than before in term of functionality. Now I have a rubber added on the original leather sole, which prevent me from slipping.
The service was also good. I appreciated the way technology was used to serve clients ( inform/remind via email and text)

Great service! Fast and good work. I just love to give the shoes I like a second life! The ones I had repaired this time were hand-made sandals from Capri, and when I wear them they bring memories of blue sea and rocky shores. I am very grateful I can wear them again, as good as new! They did a great job stretching my western boots. I was not able to fit into them for 2 years after I had my baby. What what a change! Now I can wear them again! I'm so happy with the service!

I failed to capture the name of the person who worked with me, but he was super-pleasant and super-helpful. I had two things I hoped could be repaired: a belt and a suitcase. Turns out they couldn't do the suitcase because it has a damaged frame — not something like a handle, zipper, or wheel, which they do frequently repair — but he explained it well. And they did a super job repairing the belt I feared I had effectively destroyed — looks great and should be useful for years to come. Overall, an excellent experience, thank you!

Took my 37 year old pair of sharkskin boots in to be restored. They look brand new. Excellent job.

They did a wonderful job putting on new bottoms for the heels of my boots. They polished and cleaned them up too. The service was great and the person that helped me was very friendly and courteous. My boots were ready for pick-up on time.

I was very pleased and satisfied with the quality and level of the service I received. The work was done in a timely manor. The price was reasonable for shoe and purse repair.
