I have been installing goodman equipment for years in texas now here in Utah I never had any problems or customer complaints the staff are great in all their location they prices are reasonable 👍good Equipment highly recommend for recidents and Common equipment

Always a high level of service when I come into the store. I have had to use the after hours service before and it is great. Really good customer service from these folks

Goodman is only open to licensed HVAC contractors. They can not sell replacement replacement parts, equipment, or refrigerant without certifications.

They can sell filters, humidifier pads, but sales are final and non refundable.

I couldn't order through them directly, as they service contractors, but Gunthers placed an order here for the parts I needed. They retrieved them quickly, the parts all worked perfectly, overall a great experience.

They're always helpful and friendly, they definitely go above and beyond and know their stuff

Overnight parking and fest unload

Not reliable place to call for after hour services.
I have a 94 year old customer that needed a simple inducer motor to get his furnace up and running and no one will answer the phone to get into warehouse. This is after contacting thwm to see if they had part, which they did. Service like this is why older people are being taken advantage of and sold a new furnace instead of making available parts that are already made sitting in a box on a shelf but not available because someone wont do there 75$ job to get part out of locked up whare house. Very disturbing. If im paying 75$ extra to get that part after hours or in my case on a saturday during the day you can at least answer the phone.

I tried to get nomenclature from them about mini splits. I don't call anymore cuz they always say there out of what I need. I feel like they lost the contractor supplier relationships. Like they got big headed
