I can't recommend this company enough! We had a tricky leak this past week and at first it was a little stressful. DJ and his team made what have been a terrible situation into a stress free one for me. They communicated great with my husband &I and went up and beyond. Even though it took a few days to get the leak under control his guys worked so hard non stop.

A shout out to all of you that I interacted with Friday when i was in dispair....Lucy, D Jay, Wes, and Whitney, thank you all for your kindness, and concern.
And a huge thanks to Wes and Whitney for working hard in the 100 + degrees to get my water leak fixed in a timely matter. I can't tell you how appreciative I am!

Finn-tastic is awesome! They are super nice and will work with you on what you need. They showed up when expected and stayed late in order to keep service to my house when I needed to redo the main sewer line. They are my go to for plumbing work!

The two guys that came out were friendly and did a fine job. Our water heater was leaking pretty badly. They drained it and put in a new heater very quickly. They also put a flood sensor in the pan so hopefully no more issues with flooding.

Had 3 other plumbing companies give me quotes on a job without actually offering better solutions. The remedy was just to replace a section or the entire system. Finntastic Plumbing actually took the time to go through the layout of the existing plumbing in the house and find a better way to redirect the lines and save me time and money in the long run. From the time they entered the property, till the job was complete, I dealt with nothing but polite,professional and prompt individuals. Every time I had a question, they were more than happy to educate me on the process and how things work. When I called the office, they were always quick to answer or get back to me in a timely manner. It’s unfortunate when you having plumbing problems, but Finntastic Plumbing certainly helped take the stress off the situation. As long as they are doing business, they will have me as a customer and I would highly recommend them to anyone needing assistance.

I am completing a large add-on project at my house, and I found these guys through Angie's list. I'll be keeping their number for any future plumbing needs. Before I found Finn-Tastic plumbing I received a few bids from other plumbers that seemed high, and when I tried to contact them I couldn't get anyone to take the time to discuss the scope of work with me. Once I found Finn-Tastic plumbing they sent Wes out to have a look at the job. He took the time to listen to what I needed, and offer his professional advice on the best way to complete the project. Based on that experience I hired them, and I am glad I did. Their bid was fair, and far better than the others I received. They explained the scope of work well, so I knew what I was paying for.

Wes and Whitney both performed work at my house for several days. They were always timely, always busy, and made sure to leave my house as functional for me and my family as possible, even staying late at times to make sure a step was finished so my family would have working plumbing overnight.

I had them tunnel under my house to take out my old sewer lines and replace them. I also had them run plumbing for a 600 square foot add-on. It was multiple days of work, and I knew what was happening at every step. They sent texts and e-mails to notify me of progress and the upcoming schedule. When necessary, I received calls for detailed updates.

Further, I had to have a difficult conversation about some of the work being done and DJ was courteous, respectful, and patient while we ironed it out. In addition, Wes and Whitney were timely and courteous while helping me work through the inspection process with the city.

I can't say enough about these guys. Their website speaks to their faith, and in my case, their actions backed it up. I'll call them again, and I'd advise anyone needing a plumber to give them a call as well.

Basically, I was having the biggest headache of my life and this wonderful business saved me and brought me peace of mind. Fair pricing, wonderful customer relations, great working relationship. Employees were on time and knowledgeable. Dan, the owner, is down to earth, will listen to you, and is honest about the work required. Great company. Was called this morning with a sink issue. Hour an a half after initial call Wes was at my home ready to complete the Task. Wes handled all parts of the job from diagnosis, to parts and labor. Just wanted everyone to know Finntastic did a wonderful job and I recommend them to anyone.

Had an outdoor plumbing leak. After weeks of back and forth with the city of Granbury to check the meter (twice!) finally found the leak under the front walkway. This ordeal to just find the leak cost $$ and 2 other plumbing companies that wanted to charge to do work that didn't even fix the problem.

I was frustrated and anxious so looked on Angies list and saw Finntastic, but was hesitant to call them. I was in the middle of dialing to get yet another estimate from another plumber when Lucy called me. Lucy is the best at understanding the frustration a homeowner is dealing with when trying to fix a serious issue.

After a brief discussion, she told me a team could be here in less than 2 hours and could start work immediately when I approved the estimate.

Wes and Whitney(?) arrived early, explained the process, did the work and finished in 1 day.

We had to replace the main water line to the house due to it being Quest piping. It involved digging by hand because my front yard is on a hill. The guys installed the pipe, put in a shut off valve and replaced the fawcet to the main water entrance for the house.

Price was reasonable and the guys did a Finntastic job! They are now my go to people.

I needed some plumbing work done and a friend suggested them. I called and they were extremely responsive and were will to do same day service. They came out and were quick with my plumbing needs. In and out in an hour and left the place cleaner than when they got here. Definitely will call them again!

We had attempted another company they could never find our leak. They found our ga delay within 10 minutes and fixed it for us!!! They have our future services.

Finn-Tastic Plumbing answered the phone during a weekend family event to assist our family during our panic. A leak was discovered and this company talked us through getting our leak stopped without shutting off all water to the house. Overall, Finn-Tastic Plumbing saved our family hundreds of dollars. Would recommend to anyone!

This company is our go-to place for any plumbing needs. Wes is professional, dealing with him is a pleasure and he takes time to explain what may have caused issues as well as how to prevent things in the future. Most companies just fix things and go, but Finn-Tastic Plumbing goes the extra mile to help inform the customer. Any business that puts that sort of customer service above the almighty dollar will have my business. Honest, fair, trustworthy and efficient.

First I want to give Thanks to the Lord for sending us these amazing group of Men! These Christian men are the hands a feet of Jesus in all they do! They are not in this business 100% of money but to help others in need! Quick fast and affordable. Had a leak in my house and they were there within an hour.

We discovered a water leak on our side of the meter on Monday. The city verified our findings so we called a plumbing company from Angie's List, got an estimated repair cost, but felt it was too expensive. After hauling water and fighting to fix the leak ourselves for four days, we decided to call a local company. I had recalled seeing the Finn-Tastic Plumbing truck in the neighborhood and gave them a call. It was Friday afternoon around 3 PM and we didn't think we would see them until Monday but they came out about 4:30 and had our repairs done by 6:15. Friendly, knowledgeable service at a very reasonable price! Thank you Brennan, Brian and Finn-Tastic Plumbing!!

I used Finn-Tastic for a complete home renovation as well as an add-on for the backyard. They did the work quickly and were very helpful while planning layout and walking me through the process before hand. I will most definitely use them again.
