Holiday Inn Express & Suites Seattle South - Tukwila, an IHG Hotel

Great place to stay while in the area, rooms are clean and the common area is well maintained. Parking is plenty and the front hotel doors are locked during evenings for security. The hotel is well lit and is easy access to freeway.

We were in the middle of a move from Nevada to Washington and spent a night here with my three children. From the beginning when I called for assistance in how to get a shuttle from the airport to check out morning when I had some questions about checking out, the front desk staff (Angie and Brianna) and shuttle driver (an older gentleman, sorry I didn’t catch his name) were all so friendly and helpful. We were able to check in early and get our things dropped off in the room. It was the perfect place to stay while also celebrating my younger daughter’s 9th bday during a bittersweet time. There was much to celebrate her special day as we were close to iFLY, a couple of boba tea places and Olive Garden (her pick :)). There was a good variety of options for brekkie (pretty standard Holiday Inn food which we enjoy). Also the pool was just what my children wanted for playing in at the end of the day and we all slept really well on our beds (king bed and sofa bed). Thank you for a great time!

I have stayed here several times and have been very pleased with everything. There's even a nice place to walk behind the parking lot. The shuttle driver was very kind and helpful.

The cleanliness, helpfulness and the friendliness of the staff exceeded my expectations. It’s only 12 minutes from SEATAC. Even though it’s not very close to downtown, picking up the light rail to go downtown was very easy. The shuttle driver kindly drove us to various locations for food and shopping and gave us great advice on where to go to really enjoy Seattle even though we only had a 24-hour stay. The rooms were comfortable, spacious, and very clean and tidy. I would stay here again.

I have nothing but great things to say about this establishment. While it wasn't my first choice - they were able to quickly accommodate me when I was met with unfit staying conditions at my previous hotel. Unlike my previously booked hotel, Holiday Inn Express features clean rooms, friendly staff, great breakfast options and awesome features such as a fitness center and pool. They were kind, had a keen attention to detail and went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable. I'd like to shout out Angie, Lupe, Elias and Genesis for being smiling faces in a foreign place. I travel often for business and it's safe to say that l've found my hotel of choice when I'm in the Seattle area. Thank you! I'll be back.

Free shuttle to/from SeaTac airport in a brand new Chrysler Pacifica minivan. Fancy leather seats and plenty of space for the short 10-15 minute drive.
Hotel looked brand new and smelled great! Free breakfast in the lobby and loads of free amenities.
Free parking too!

King suite was spacious, clean, and they provided Dove branded soaps, body wash, shampoo, and conditioner.

Clean, nice rooms, affordable. My bathroom had a beauty mirror, full illumination for makeup! The water pressure in the shower is amazing and the staff were very nice and helpful. Speedy checkout.

My family and I stayed here during our most recent trip to Seattle and we really enjoyed our stay. The location is perfect for us since it is close to the Southcenter Mall where we wanted to be. The rooms and facilities are clean. Our bed is also very comfortable and the bathroom is very spacious. Our kids also enjoyed the indoor pool which stayed open until 10 pm. It would have been great if they also have a jacuzzi for the adults to enjoy which unfortunately they don't. My family also enjoyed their complimentary breakfast. Overall, it was a great experience and will definitely stay here in again .

This is the cleanest most secure motel I have ever stayed at. I would highly recommend everyone stay here.

Clean rooms, breakfast needs improvement but is okay for a quick light meal. Feels secure with guests having to use key cards to access building, elevator, and rooms. Very convenient to Sea-Tac International Airport and Westfield South center Mall.

Exceptional would be an understatement. I have been a member of IHG for five plus years. I have been traveling and staying in hotels for over fifteen years. Hotels ranging from Oceanside Resorts, Bungalows to Suites. I must say my experience with this hotel is unparalleled. Others need to take a page from this fine ran organization and try to emulate. This Holiday Inn Express & Suites has set the standards pretty high. From top to bottom. The cleanliness provided by the staff goes unnoticed from the time that you enter the building to the time you leave. The front desk receptionists Angie, Gloria and Fatima were exceptional! Their attention to detail and the willingness to provide top tier service was superb! The house cleaning service lady that I had clean my room (Beth). She was always kind and polite to each matter that I had. A softspoken voice with great determination to adhere to my needs as well as wants. My apology for not getting the name of the most dedicated person to manage the kitchen for breakfast. She is without a doubt one of the most pivotal employees there. She always had a nice warm breakfast waiting for you. Now everyone knows how you like a hot cup of coffee in the morning right. No worries, she was always on the move providing beverages to your liking. As if that isn't enough. She worked tirelessly ensuring that the dining room was kept cleaned and sanitized. I would be remiss if I didn't mentioned Ken. This gentleman made me feel at home, actually he made me feel like family. It was always good having and enjoying a nice conversation with such a wise man. I really enjoyed my stay; I loved my stay. I look forward to my next visit. I appreciate you all! You all made a lasting impression on me for life. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for making me feel so welcome. Until nest time take care stay safe.

Adequate breakfest with some good hot options.

They do have a SEA shuttle... but you must call and then they will show up in 15 minutes. (their FAQ's are wrong about not having one). Shuttle even was able to drop me off for an appointment nearby.

They are near the mall which had some good dinning options and shopping plus movie theater.

Room was clean, had a small issue with the tv that was taken care of in short order.

This is an awesome Hotel and the staff from the manager to her staff and the ladies who cleaned our room were kind and accommodating! My daughter is moving to Seattle and they made our transition seamless and enjoyable! I would always stay at this location! Thank you!🥰🥰

Super clean and very comfortable beds. Great room for the price and the breakfast was not bad either. I would stay here again, no problem.

Located right down the street from the mall, this location is easily within walking distance of anything you might need to visit during your stay. Parking was good, lots of stalls available. Shuttle was available at all times during our stay. Less than half an hour away from the greater Seattle area, including traffic and construction. The room itself was very clean and organized, I really liked the new decor style that Holiday Inn is phasing in. Front desk was also very helpful as we arrived very late at night and the front desk agent was very understanding of our long trip and processed us through quickly and got us into our room within five minutes. Overall very good stay at this location, would be more than happy to visit again.
