Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Grand Prairie-DFW-Arlington, TX

I really enjoyed my stay here! The front desk made things quick & easy! I want to shoutout Jamie for being patient and helpful. The house keeping was friendly as well. I didn’t feel rushed out of my room. They respected my time and privacy, I really appreciated that. I will be booking again! Thank y’all :)

I just want to say the manager Fannie is an amazing woman and the staff are all wonderful as well. I see a lot of complaints about this hotel which I don't have any. People are complaining about things like they paid to stay at a 5 star hotel. Clearly this says a 2.5 star hotel and also when booking here you see on every website that this is one of the cheapest in the area so why would expect it to be top tier? They have new management here who is trying their best to get rid of the problems that existed here when they started so instead of complaining if you stay here just no the current staff are trying their best to get this hotel back in shape from the prior staff that once operated this place. With that being said once again I would like to state that Fannie (manager) is one of the most wonderful people I have ever dealt with in any customer service setting she does everything in her power to make you feel welcomed, comfortable and to put a smile on your face! I hope the owners of this establishment know how much of an amazing job they did hiring this woman!

Clean rooms , Great breakfast , staff is over the top amazing . Came in Truck broke down Boss got room last minutes . Evening Desk staff amazing . Morning guest strivers cleans room is so friendly makes you feel like your home . Or even better their kind !!🤣🤣😂😂😂❤❤❤. Walked out to have a cig . And found this gem sweeping the parking lot ran to my truck and got her my blower . Cool part she was easing the handicapped spaces . Just ten steps above your average hotel . Thanks y’all

I only gave the room a 4 star rating because:
The tub was too slippery
There was no bath mat
There was only one washcloth for a double occupancy room
The shampoo was unsealed and empty
Housekeepers needs to be more vigilant. Housekeeping supervisor, do a better job of double checking behind your staff.
Overall, it was a pleasant stay. All of the staff were very curteous, helpful and friendly.

In an emergency situation during the ice storm in Texas. My pastor graciously made sure that I was out of the storm. I have been here since December, and what I’ve witnessed is a company that has put people first granted it may not have seemed like it at the time, but when no one else would take people in, and when no one else had food to eat, COUNTRY INN & SUITES was there for people first, and then industry. They have and continuing to begin a beautiful renovation. While making sure we had a breakfast and a room!! making sure there’s better communication with English as a second language, Fannie

I have stayed at this hotel many times throughout the years, and I have always have a great experience. The rooms although small, are very clean. I really don't understand the hate of some people. Don't expect to get a 5 star hotel paying $70! That would not even cover breakfast at McDonalds for a family of 4. I will definitely will continue to stay here. Employees are friendly and rooms clean.

Love it here. Great price considering the quality of the motel. Unexpectedly surprised to how nice this room's are. Comfy beds, updated decor and bathrooms. They serve fresh cookies in lobby all the time along with fresh coffee. They have complementary breakfast which I didnt get the pleasure of trying but my friend said it was good. Definitely will be back.

Front desk staff is very helpful and nice. They did a great job returning my items I left behind. If I had to say Fannie and sharhonda Are making wonderful changes to the hotel

Every time I come to the DFW, I stay at this hotel & service has always been great!
I read the reviews & honestly they all sound like “Karens & Kevin’s”lol
Breakfast is provided, but they provide a discount to IHOP by showing your hotel key. It has worked every time for me.
My room was very clean and comfortable. Everything worked in my room. I did see a few Karen’s being so rude to front desk, for no good reason, and somehow front desk employees were still so professional & polite. People need to just chill. The price is very affordable and so close to the DFW airport and Six flags & stadiums, which is a plus for me.
I will continue to stay at this hotel. (:

Excellent staff Janet and Nadeau made our stay wonderful. Super clean rooms fresh linen. Great breakfast in morning. If you needed anything they wasted no time in accommodatng our needs. I highly recommend this place will definitely stay here again

Great stay at a great price! The room was clean and spacious, it looks as if it had been updated recently. The indoor pool was fun for the kids, breakfast was nice, lots of choices & roomy dining area. Our bed was comfortable with nice sheets and the staff were friendly. We stayed here for a six flags trip and would definitely stay again.

It was excellent, the manager was awesome and my room was cleaned and comfortable.
Now checking out I felt as I was interrupting the young man that was there the following morning.

Our stay at the Country Inn Grand Prairie, Texas was very fun and comfortable. The staff was easy to spark a conversation with and were very informative about local sites. The housekeepers were always asking if we needed anything when we passed them in the hall. Darla, in particular, always insured we were enjoying our stay!

I really enjoyed my stay! A pretty convenient location, close enough to six flags and the Cowboy's stadium. The rooms were clean and staff was pretty kind.

All stars because they did well. Only thing I suggest is to please clean rooms when guests leave for the day and are staying multiple days. No excuses about covid. Gloves masks and clean. Or you will fall and go abandoned. Employees should take pride in jobs or go somewhere else. Had to ask for coffee, fresh towels. Word of mouth goes along way and could help your business. I come visit my family in Texas from Oklahoma very regularly. Don't blow it ;)

Clean lobby. Friendly and helpful staff at the front desk. Would recommend this place to anyone looking for one. Wish the breakfast service goes back to pre covid levels, but they made up for it by arranging for a 20% discount at the IHOP next door. Brilliant move.

Excellent breakfast. Low deposit. USB charging ports next to bed. Close to Six flags, 5 min drive to Parks mall, and In n Out. Comfortable beds and pillows. Updated rooms (some are in the process of being remodeled). Overall, Country Inn and Suites is my favorite place to stay.

Stayed for just one night. Left behind my laptop but the lady working the front desk at night was so sweet! And she was kind enough to look for it and sure enough she found it! Great service!

We stayed at this hotel for three nights and it was clean, comfortable and hot and ready breakfast was pulse. Very fair price forbid the rooms. nice staff and so close by six flags. I will definitely stay there again.

Great customer service. Front desk stuff was very friendly. We also loved the location which was close to the airport and to the ATT stadium. We will definitely come back
