I was a bit nervous as it’s my first visit to a dentist after many years. Though it’s my first time visit she made me feel comfortable, explaining procedures clearly and addressing all my concerns with expertise. Dr. Shilpa is kind, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. Overall I was satisfied with my first appointment.

Second Visit 11/23

Nothing’s changed she treated me the same. Her kindness is immediately apparent, making what could be a stressful experience feel relaxing and comfortable. She took the time to explain each procedure thoroughly, ensuring that I was well-informed and at ease.

In conclusion, if you are looking for a dentist who is not only exceptionally skilled but also genuinely cares about her patients, I highly recommend Dr. Shilpa Karri

Dr Karri and the staff at Serene Dental were incredibly helpful with my dental emergency. They were friendly & attentive. My problem was resolved the same day. The office was clean and well kept. I would highly recommend them to anyone and everyone for urgent and regular care.

I had the best experience with Dr.Serene. She took care of me during my pregnancy. She was really careful during the procedure. I got my wisdom extractions, cleaning, and filling with her. I like the attention! No side effects.

I was in need of a mouth guard. I previously had seen another dentist and was most unhappy with his work as well as the finally product. This was not the case with serene dental care. At this office I was seen quickly. They used a more modern piece of equipment as well as techniques to create a perfect mouth guard. I would highly recommend Serene Dental care.

Had an amazing experience and really liked the dr. Realized after that the clinic wasn’t in network with my insurance so for money reasons I’ll have to switch to an in-network clinic, otherwise I would stay with them for sure. Very caring and very good service!

I’ve been gong here because everyone is honest and friendly. They answer questions and educate, and provide educated options.

Dr. Karri has been so kind and caring with my mom. My mom has Alzheimer’s and has not been wearing her partial regularly. Because of this her teeth tend to shift, and then it hurts when she puts it in the next time. Dr. Karri has loosened it several times and has not even charged her. My husband and I also go to Dr. Karri and have been very pleased.

Very nice dentist and dentist office. They did my root canal and needed a microscope to finish it which they didnt have so they referred me to a specialist and only charged me for my exam and x rays. Will keep going back.

Went to the Dentist today and actually had a pleasurable time. I suffer from anxiety and the thought of having someone close to my face and in my mouth is terrifying. Mary got me in a good mood so by the time Dr Karri made it in I was stress free and ready for my procedure. If you're cruising reviews to find a Dentist I recommend you quit searching and start booking appointments.

My experience at Serene Dental is always pleasant. My teeth never hurt when I leave and Dr. Karri is gentle when she has to work on my teeth. A good place to have your teeth taken care of.

Very positive and easy experience. You can opt to fill out info online and reminders are done through text making it very convenient. Tigi is very sweet and made scheduling and a new patient appointment very smooth (even called insurance to make sure it was all covered). Dr. Karri is thorough, kind, and educates you more than any dentist I have encountered. Definitely my best experience so far!

Dr. Karri is excellent! She is very attentive to her patients. I never have to wait in the lobby or for her to visit after the cleaning. I would highly recommend her.

Great treatment from all of the Serene staff! Everyone was courteous, kind and professional and treated me as if were their ONLY patient. Anyone who knows me knows how much I dread going to the Dentist. It looks like I have finally found the right one!

Found them from Facebook so initially I was hesitant but I decided to give them a try. From start to finish everyone was super nice and made my visit very comfortable. I noticed that they made sure the office was cleaned and sanitized after each client. My exam was quick and informative, made it easy to understand next steps. And my cleaning was thorough leaving me feeling soo fresh and so clean!! I’ll definitely be back!!

Dr. Karri and her staff are phenomenal. I was in agony on Memorial Day and called in to try to schedule an appointment. They got me in the next day and took amazing care of me. I ended up having two teeth extracted and they were so caring from xrays to removing the teeth. I’ve always been afraid of the dentist and they made me feel comfortable and pushed any embarrassment I felt aside. I cannot thank them enough for their kindness and help. I will recommend them to any and everyone.
