Every time I’ve been to Mid Cities Dental I’ve had a wonderful experience start to finish. The front desk, assistants, and dentists are very personable, knowledgeable, and professional. Both Dr. Eberlein and Dr. Gulati are amazing! I recommend this dental office to everyone!

I came to this office 2 years ago searching for a forever dentist and I found them here at Mid Cities Dental they are absolutely amazing and the office manger Amanda is so sweet and knowledgeable! They never try to do work that is not needed and explained everything to me! I highly recommend them to anyone!

This office is AMAZING! The office staff is so friendly and helpful especially the office manager Amanda! We were having issues with our insurance not covering the crown I had done and Amanda sent all the proper attachments in to help get it covered. She was so knowledgeable and sweet. The doctor and other staff were also so professional.

This office is great! They got me in for a broken crown quickly and made sure I was comfortable (giving me a blanket when I mentioned I was cold) and Dr. Gulati and Carmen explained what they were doing as they went and made sure I was doing okay. The ladies at the front desk are friendly and helpful. Vanessa even helped me navigate my insurance! Would definitely recommend!

Concerning Dr. Eberlein and his staff at Midcities Dental in Bedford and Hurst locations:
My wife and I had been patients of Mid Cities Dental since March 2012. My wife goes to the dentist as needed. I come in at a minimum of four times a year because of me wanted to take care of my gums. We started with Dr. Kleven and stayed with Dr. Eberlein after Dr. Kleven retired. In these eleven years Mid Cities has been caring for our dental hygiene; we have received the highest level of care and the most professional service than any other dentists has ever provided.
The office staff and Miss Amanda have been very courteous and professional on any billing needs or concerns that we may have had over the years. When we call for appointment we were seen in a timely manner. Dr.Eberlein, Amanda, and their staffs are great at what they do. We have no complaints and highly recommend Midcities Dental to all friends and family.

Everyone here is genuinely nice, from the people up front to every dental assistant. I love Dr Gulati! I really feel like she truly cares about my health and isn’t just trying to push more money out of me. This is a great dentists office and I recommend it to everyone!

I have been to many different dentists through the years and it has always been a stressful and scary experience. Dr Gulati has always been friendly and inviting and made me feel like my teeth weren’t a lost cause. I absolutely love talking with everyone on staff. Coming here has turned going to the dentist from a stressful chore to good experience.

Like many I have never been a fan of dental appointments, but everyone at Mid-Cities Dental goes out of their way to make sure you are comfortable. I met a former member of their office staff in 2008 and have been a patient ever since. I have never had a complaint with any of my appointments, they are truly an example of people that care about patient care.

Super friendly, courteous and helpful staff. My lower jaw is notoriously difficult to get numb, but they took their time and continued numbing until I was completely comfortable. I’ve had the opposite experience at other places, so I am very grateful for this great team who really cares about their patients.

Going to the dentist is not supposed to be fun but they definitely make it as enjoyable as possible. Everyone always says high and they never make you feel bad about your issues. Tricia even makes you feel happy to pay with her friendly humor.. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of a great dentist.

Always nice to see Dr. Eberlein and his crew at Mid Cities Dental. Truly a warm welcome with a very professional visit. It feels like family. We've been going for the past 8 years and even though we have to drive a bit now, it's well worth it. I love that I can absolutely trust what I'm being told and what's being done. That's certainly NOT the case with all practices.

I went to this dentist for several years and then my insurance changed. I had to switch and I couldn't get back onto the plan to qualify me for Mid Cities Dental fast enough! I was so miserable at the other dentist I didn't want to go. The staff, service, etc. at this office is phenomenal. Now I bring my kids (7 years old) and this week they had an exam and, unfortunately, one of them needed a filling. Because they were not super busy that day, they offered to do his filling on the spot! I was SO thankful to not have to schedule another appointment.

This was the first time for me to have Amy as the Dental Hygienist. She did outstanding in making me feel comfortable throughout the entire teeth cleaning experience. She was extremely friendly, explained every step of the process, and displayed an interest in me as the patient. Every person that I have ever dealt with at Mid-Cities Dental has been extremely friendly and professional.

I am so happy to recommend Mid-Cities Dental and my great dentist, Dr. Gulati! She is a wonderful doctor, and treats you so professionally with a sense of empathy for your oersonal dentistry concerns. This was an amazing experience, and we will definitely be coming back. My mom went to another dentist to get her wisdom tooth out, and they basically left half of the tooth in and broke it. The nerve was exposed which caused her to be in so much excruciating pain. Honestly, I thought she was going to die because of this pain. I saw the reviews of this place and decided to take her here. They made an early and fast appt for the same day. She was quickly attended. Mind you she doesn’t have insurance so she was paying in cash. The office staff was super nice, the assistant, and Dr.Eberlein were beyond amazing. I will never forget this place. They saved my mom’s life. Dr. Eberlein was so patient with my mom and could tell he actually cared about her. Dr. Eberlein was able to take the wisdom tooth out, and they were super affordable. Glad to say my mom is doing much better now. I will be making sure my family goes here and nowhere else. This is the only dentist I trust. Thank you!

I brought my 5 year old in for a cleaning and the staff was so great with her. They made her feel comfortable for her first dental visit. I have known Dr Gulati for 20 years now, she is an excellent dentist that really cares about her patients.

Dr. Eberlein and the rest of his staff are always so friendly and caring! I have been coming to Mid Cities Dental for at least a decade and every time I come in they go above and beyond to make sure that I feel comfortable and satisfied with my smile. This past week, I came in to fix two of my fake teeth, and the next day I had realized that my previous retainer didn't fit anymore. After telling him, he immediately fit me into his schedule the same day no questions asked! Coming to Mid Cities is always a great experience.

I switched to Dr. Eberlein about 10 years ago when my old dentist retired. I wish I had changed earlier. His technology, training and staff are up to date and not overpriced. I have bragged about his technology to my friends. His staff are friendly and personal. They take care of me, even when I had a tooth emergency recently. I would personally recommend Mid- Cities Dental to ANYONE - and I have. I like it that his waiting room has coffee, family friendly reading material and a Bible.

Myself and my family have been patients for more than 15 years. We have stayed with Mid-Cities Dental because their service is exceptional and beyond reproach. All of the staff are extremely friendly and efficient. I can honestly say that in the time that I've been a patient there have been no problems or issues that have arisen. I recommend this practice to anyone who has a dental need. From top to bottom you have a good team working there.
