I should have written this long ago.... Jack & the Trinity team have earned my trust, over and over again. They provide consistent, skilled service at a fair price, and have for years. We take all of our cars here (2001 BMW, 2010 Mustang, 2011 Pilot). Two recent examples: I thought my old BMW was at the end of the line. The guys worked and thought. They kept me updated along the way, sleuthed out (and solved!) the problem, and treated me more than fair on price. In another situation, Jackie suggested an alternate local business to complete an oil change (highlighting that business' good work and pricing). Last, it's fun seeing classic and high-end cars in their lot and hearing Jack's mechanic war stories from times when he's done battle with this engine problem or that. Been using this shop for years. Have had “minor” repairs done there and even an engine replacement in one of our vehicles. Jack (owner) always does good, honest work. If you happen to ask anyone at local auto parts stores if they know of a good repair shop…. It’s always this one. Highly recommended!

Thank you Jack for getting my old Ford truck running again. No one else, including the dealership could figure out what was wrong without charging me ridiculous amounts of cash.

Best service I've had in Colleyville. My car died while I was at the gym a few blocks down. I called and the wonderful front office director made sure all was worked out. Soon a mechanic was at my car in the gym parking lot getting the car to the shop. The team at the shop moved quickly to fix the issue. Without any hesitation I left my car with them and it was just like new at lunch. I will most definitely use them going forward. Thank you for all you do Trinity Automotive.

I contacted Trinity off the recommendation of another customer and am extremely pleased with that choice! Their honesty and upfront nature were refreshing, and they provided a quote with a reasonable timeline for some long past due repairs. Jack and his team completed the repairs not only on time, but below their initial estimate! Additionally, they provided valuable feedback with things to look for in the future. They have earned a long- term customer!

My family has been going to Jack for over 20 yrs and he and his staff have never let us down. Numerous times Jack was able to quickly troubleshoot a problem that repair shops could not figure out and was always fair with his pricing. We would highly recommend Jack and his team for any auto repairs!

Jack and Team are always wanting to listen and resolve your automotive issues. Can fix anything as far as I know, always amazes me. Treated both of my kids with respect and fairness. Trustworthy being the highest word on the list which he is always busy and been around forever!

Great experience. Tracked down a leak and set up a new battery quickly, getting me back on the road with no problems.
Update 5/12/23 stopped by for a checkup with Jack, the shop is full of great cars so I guess that shows that real car lovers trust him.

I have used Trinity Automotive several times over the years and have grown to trust and rely upon them. Jack and Jackie both are very professional and helpful in dealing with a non-car guy like myself. Have recommended them to friends many times and now want to do so publicly as well. For over eleven years Jack has taken care of several of our cars. Always upfront on what needs to be completed and keeping me informed of work. I needed a small repair this week to complete my inspection and AGAIN they were first rate. Delivered on time at an extremely reasonable price. In the eleven years I have never been let down--great place!!

I knew my A/C was low on refrigerant. They found and showed me the leak . It was late in the day, and I was going to need the car the next afternoon. Jack assured me they could have it repaired in time. Jackie ordered the parts right then, and the work was completed on time. Great customer service, and a reasonable price.

Not too often, can you count on being told: when, where, and how much. You can at Trinity Automotive. Fixed our car, today. On time, under budget. Fair price for a fair job; DONE RIGHT. That's a rare commodity in the car repair business. Go there, talk to Jack Klaus, the owner, and get it fixed right. Thanks again Jack! We'll be back!

I always get terrific service here. The mechanics always explain exactly what the issue is and how it will be fixed. I like that they are friendly and easy to talk to. I've never had any problems with Trinity Automotive and would highly recommend them to friends. I know my car is in good hands here. They are a bit pricey but I don't mind because its quality work. My car has had no major issues since I started going here. Very happy and satisfied.

Jack is incredible! Front Desk, Jackie is soo very kind and helpful :) Trinity Automotive is the finest, most reliable, trusting place for all automotive repairs :) I drive a 1998 Delta 88 that is "my baby" and Jack takes good care of my issues, my car is in great shape, but when something needs repair, Jack is my "go to" guy! Every time I have been there I have had a great experience. The latest one was a couple of days ago when l needed to replace the part that holds the hatch up while I load the back of my Equinox. Stopped by to request they order the part and as soon as they received it, Jackie called and arranged to have the repair done the next day 😊😊😊

A couple of my friends were always going on about this place so I brought my car in because the check engine light was on. They called me right after I got home with an estimate. The vehicle was repaired within a few hours, and when I picked up my car the price was actually less than they had told me on the phone. I've been back a few times and the service seems to be pretty good. I don't think its a big chain like the place I had been going to, it seemed more personal.

Jack is amazing! They go above and beyond here, couldn’t recommend this shop enough! Thank you for making my day.
