Was looking for a great used auto for my daughter. Remi was great in providing service and info about the MX5 we purchased. Car looked great, provided CARFAX and maintenance records. Auto is in tip-top shape and very happy with our purchase. Remi worked with me since I had outside financing with my credit union, but does offer in-house financing. I purchased my Infiniti convertible from Nesco last month. I specifically wanted a black on black option with the premium package. The only available options were out of state, unfortunately. After speaking with multiple dealers, I decided to buy from Nesco. Mainly because they were willing to send additional detailed videos of the car, offered plenty of photos online, and suggested multiple times to have the car independently evaluated. They were also willing to negotiate a cash price and offered out of state delivery. The purchase process was simple and the car was delivered within 3 days from TX to GA. The car arrived in great shape and the title arrived a week later. Buying online can be nerve wracking, but I highly suggest Nesco if you’re in the market.

*Update* I’m still happy with the purchase overall, but I have to replace the rear brakes, power steering belt, and repair a crack in one of the rims.The brakes and power steering issues are understandable, but the cracked rim is most concerning. That should have definitely been addressed before shipping the vehicle.

It was so refreshing - surprising actually - to buy a car from a dealership and not have to play any games, or have fees added at the last minute, or deal with people pretending to be your friend. Nesco TX is nothing like that. I mean, I’ve had such terrible I’ve had such Terrible experiences at dealerships in the past that That I was really dreading having to go to a dealership to buy a car. But let me tell you straight up. These guys treated me fairly they were honest throughout the entire process I mean I was blown away really. For example, the numbers they told me over the phone matched exactly the numbers on the documents that I eventually signed. That NEVER happens. There were no surprise fees, hidden cost or hard-sell of some expensive extended warranty – and I fully expected to have to deal with that. I live three hours away and couldn’t get up to their dealership for about a week or so they held the vehicle me. And in another unusual twist, when I finally got to the dealership, nobody came up to me and said “have you why don’t you have a look at this other vehicle that’s a lot more expensive“ - I really hate the games that dealerships play. None of than at Nesco TX, in fact the opposite. Let me tell you it is SO nice to be treated so well when you’re buying a car. this was exactly the way I wanted to be treated, and that’s so unusual when buying a car. My salesman’s name was Rami and he helped make this one of the best car-buying experiences I’ve ever had. Thank you Rami!

I was looking particularly for a Jaguar Vanden Plas (older model) hopefully in the Dallas area. Nesco had a 2005. I went to test drive it. I like it a lot. After having a third party inspection there were several issues that needed to be fixed. Nesco took care of those issues. After repairs were completed I decided to buy the car. Rami could not have been nicer. No pressure from him. Very professional.

I bought the cleanest lowest mileage (55k) 2010 Lincoln Navigator in the State of Texas if not the country. I drove 300+ miles to the Dealership to be a pleasantly surprised seeing they were in fact a high-end used car dealership having a very clean, low mileage inventory of both luxury and exotic cars. I would absolutely do business with them again and would recommend others to do the same.

This place is truly different from other places and I've had cars from dealerships. The process was fast and easy, I did my application at 1am by 9am I received a email saying I was approved a few hours later I received a call about coming in for a test drive. I purchased a 2011 GMC Acadia Denali my previous car same model was involved in a accident. The condition of this car left me speechless very clean they even went the extra mile replacing button's and control knobs. My only gripe is my rear wiper arm was broken and driver side mirror needed replacement in my opinion that should've been replaced but overall experience a 10.
Three years later I have purchased two more cars and the service has been excellent.

I purchased a 2008 BMW 135i Convertible from NESCO. Rami was very accommodating and made my experience great. They even met me off site to evaluate my trade. There was an issue with a wheel that was not found during the initial inspection. They stepped up and made it right by paying for a new wheel. I would definitely recommend giving them a shot. I will be back to purchase my next car.

Rami and his manager went above and beyond with our BMW X5 purchase. We found out that their initial 30-day warranty did not cover the starter which went out a week after purchase. So We got it repaired and Nesco helped us pay a portion of the repair out of goodwill. I would definitely buy from them again in the future. They also reimbursed us for an inspection that we paid due to some lost paperwork! Our car was in great condition and they really know how to pick the cars with higher quality, they concentrate on buying/selling cars based on condition as opposed to other dealerships that just try to buy/sell as many cars as possible without really caring about condition and quality.
