This guy is a classic dentist. I have been a patient for a while. He told me a while back, "If it isn't broke lets not fix it." My kind of dentist! Nice office, all the modern equipment with old style service.

The lady who books the appointments is awesome. I recently had a small dental emergency and she got things handled on her side in a most efficient manner. Got me right in.

Bottom line, if you are needing an experienced dentist, not a recent student just out of school, Jerry is your dentist! They have always be accommodating and treated me fairly at a reasonable prices. I believe they take most major insurances.

I have had Jerry Boyd as a dentist for years. I like his no nonsense approach of him and his staff. Over the years I have had several crowns put in, cavities filled and simple cleanings where nothing extra needed to be done. He has coached me on the odds of success with front teeth refinements and I chose not to redo them. I am in my 50s and my teeth and gums are in good heath but not perfectly straight. This approach works for me.

We love Dr. Boyd and his whole staff! The service we receive is always exemplary. Dr. Boyd is down to earth, no nonsense, and tries to help you save money every way he can. They have a great program for people who do not have dental insurance. Overall, we are most grateful that we found a place where the whole staff actually cares about you, your time, and your money! Thank you Dr. Boyd.

Nothing but great experiences at this office! Great staff, flexible hours and relaxing atmosphere. If you are in need of a dental home, this is the place to be!! My husband and I love it!

Was persuaded by Dr. Boyd to have what was in my opinion, an unnecessary crown. Suffered acute facial pain for approximately 2 weeks to follow. Every time I returned to his dental clinic, I was prescribed a different (inappropriate) antibiotic. After two weeks of pain and frustration, I returned to his office, only to be told my Dr. Boyd that my pain may have been all in my imagination, due to stress??? Not impressed whatsover.

When this dentist only works 2-1/2 days a week and NEVER RETURNS PHONE CALLS it begs the question what the hell is going on. I personally think I’ll be asking for a refund for the year because I cannot get hold of anyone at their office all days and they NEVER RETURN CALLS.

I don’t think that they should stay open if they cannot respect or respond to their patients. Their checking messages but don’t bother to contact you unless your forced to get nasty.

So basically, it’s not going to be able to continue like this because people have questions, need to make appointments and they NEVER RETURN CALLS.

So I’ll be leaving a message to ask for a refund because even though they used to be great. I think it’s time they just rode off into the sunset.

Don’t waste your time trying to reach this dentist.
