Dossett Dental

This was my first visit with them, i, just like many others are very hesitant of the dentist, but the employees of Dossett dental went above my expectations. They were very informative on everything and explained everything to me in detail that I left feeling satisfied with my care. The hygienist was very caring when cleaning my teeth, I was not in any pain at all. The dentist was very knowledgeable and I understood everything she explained to me which I thoroughly enjoyed. The receptionists are awesome. I’m glad to have found a great dental office with a great team. :)

The staff were so professional and welcoming! I called them and they were able to see me the same day and get me the help I needed and it was my first visit ever! I will definitely be returning to this dental office!

I have been going here on and off for a few years now. After a negative experience, I stopped going for a while. I was called one day by a staff member saying that they had changed dentists and she wanted to meet me! I made an appointment and after showing up, I was astonished!! Dr. Hills is caring and supportive. She explains details to me like no other dentist ever has. She cares about how I feel to the moment I walk out the door! Just kidding, she called me the following day just to check up on me! I am so pleased with the dentist office! Thank you guys for caring about your patients!

I have been going to this location for regular dental cleanings for over a decade. The office staff and assistants have always been efficient and very helpful. Leila, the hygienist, is always professional and kind and always has excellent feed back for what I am doing correctly and what I can improve on. I have always enjoyed my experiences there and recommend them to those who are looking for a new dentist.
However, this office has recently changed and they are now even better. Dr. Hills is funny, talented and an absolute joy. And you can tell that this extends to her working relationships as well. Everyone in the building is lighter, faster to laugh and seem happy to be there.
I highly recommend this office., and , in particular, Dr. HIlls.

Great service, great staff, fair pricing! They got me in for an emergency appointment when my regular dentist couldn’t fit me in. They stepped up and got me out of pain!

My regular dentist had emergency surgery before my appointment so I found Dossett Dental and they not only were able to see me that day, but welcomed me, helped watch my granddaughter who was with me and were very helpful. If it wasn't too far of a drive for me, I might go there from now on. It's a very nice bunch of people.

I am type of person that is horrified of even the thought of a dentist(picking, sticking, probing in your month) just makes me sick to my stomach. I saw Dr. Hill at the Hurst location and I absolutely just adore her caring, attentive, and professional personality. She made me feel relaxed, made sure my health was #1 since I have 2 heart attack last year. She Sat down chatted with me before even looking at my teeth, made me feel comfortable-even recommend a friend to her. My friend went for a 2nd opinión and likes the customer friendliness of everyone there.

Unassuming exterior, but the staff is absolutely amazing! Friendly, personable, and were cracking jokes the whole time. They give you a chapstick before they start so your lips aren’t cracking and bleeding. They let you know about the costs of things up front so there’s no surprises, and they let you “co-pilot” your own dental care by genuinely caring about your opinion on the options they present. The communication and transparency through the process was comforting. They also didn’t kill me with the floss. Happy patient!

It is a quiet and hospitable office that instantly made me feel at ease. The entire staff and the doctor we courteous to fault. It was as if I was transported back few decades to the times when medical and dental professionals treated patients with empathy and respect. Also, they were very expeditious in treating me.

THEEE BEST Dental Office I have ever been to.. I was a new walk-in patient and they were all so kind and attentive. I got my wisdom tooth pulled and didn’t feel a thing. I would HIGHLY recommend!

Dr. Hill along with the entire staff treats everyone with kindness and respect. They answer all concerns you may have. I would not trust my dental care with any body else. On a scale of 1-10 I would give them a 20.

I had my teeth cleaned & X-rayed. No issues at all, I needed a specialized service and they referred me to a great Endodontist.

This was such a great dental office. Everyone was very sweet and comforting when I was nervous. They go out of their way to help explain everything and help plan out options. I was referred by a family member and I see why, the care they provide is awesome. Highly recommend!

Went to this dentist for 2nd opinion abt an expensive procedure. Previous dentist wanted to overtreat and would be very expensive. This dentist was more down to earth, saves me more than $1,500 in treatment expense.

Staff was nice, very down to earth, overall just a pleasant experience. Definitely coming back here :))

I’ve never had a problem with my dentist. My tech is awesome, she’s always friendly and genuinely cares.

I went back to Dossett after living away for years and all the staff had changed but the experience was just as wonderful as ever. The office staff, the hygienist, and even the dentist for once were so kind and easy to talk to. Everyone wants you to have a comfortable experience and communicates well. I’m so glad I went back.

I always have a wonderful experience at Dossett Dental. The front office is always so friendly and my visits are painless. My hygienist, Leila, is awesome. They have convenient hours. Saturday appointments too! I highly recommend!!!

My tooth broke at work & I was in some pain. They were able to get me in immediately. I felt comfortable coming in & felt even better leaving. I would also like to say that the entire staff, especially Jesse were the best. Jesse was there the entire time by my side & made me feel at ease. I really do appreciate her & the patience she had with me. This entire office is top notch. I can’t can’t say it enough. They were all amazing.
