Kind of slow but it gets the job done when you can't walk In to an actual bank

They closed all their branches which made it difficult to do banking plus the customer care is not what it used to be it's a shame Southside Bank got bought out

Every time I come here the drive through is backed up and only one lane is open. Very poor service compared to the other locations.
