Staff is very nice and welcoming. I filed my taxes last yr and within 3 to 4 weeks I received my direct deposit. They will work after hours if needed!!

Used them for my taxes last year. I dropped off my info and was told I was getting a certain amount back soon. That was in March. I called the first of April and was told it is processing. April 14th rolls around so I call again. This time I'm told the guy that was handling my taxes quit and they didn't know who I was. After a few minutes a lady said she found my information, but it had never been filed. She said she would file it immediately. She told me an amount that was about half of what I was originally told and that they would have to charge me for the rush file, even though it was their fault it got screwed up. They called me today to ask if I was using them again this year. I told the lady what happened last year, she got angry, mumbled something at me, and slammed the phone. I would never recommend going here.
