When I called Allstate, I was connected to Karen. She signed me up with a better policy and better rates.
However, the best part of this is experience was talking with Karen. She listened to me. That is what is important - she listened. She perceived I was anxious and she showed empathy and encouragement. I cannot express to you in words how much that meant to me.
To me - Karen is an angel. I pray that God opens up the windows of heaven and pour her out a blessing that she will not have room enough to receive it.

We had hail damage from a recent storm. Our Allstate representative helped us assess the value of the damage and they issued a check very quickly. We were then able to engage a contractor who scheduled us in time to complete the work before another storm came through. We still have a few items left to finish with one of the subs, but Allstate came through for us without a lot of delays.

Steve Kretschmar/ Allstate Insurance saved me a lot of money when I switched to them. They sent me quotes quickly and easy to work with. I recommend checking with them to see how they compare. I also like the Allstate website a lot better than my previous provider's. They are also very responsive to special requests I have made.
