Nothing but positive experiences with Vivian & Grace!

I have worked with 7 CPA's and 5 bookkeepers over the last 18 years as the owner of a small but steady business in Seattle. We connected with the "head partner" whom I hired for a year. Grace Young, sister of Vivian Young, the other head, is irresponsible at best - deceitful at worst. Because she continuously filed late returns for our company, we incurred over $1,000 in late fees. She not only tried to hide the fact that she made mistakes and refused to be accountable for her actions, but had the audacity to insist we pay for the penalties. Additionally she did not file the necessary paperwork for running a business - as we had hired her to do. We are disappointed, now paying additional thousands of dollars for another bookkeeper and CPA to clean up and fix the mistakes she's made. Not to mention - they are completely absent and refuse to meet and have regular calls or provide any reporting - despite promising to do so when they tried to get our business.

We gave them a shot because they were new and wanted to support a local business. We regret the decision. There are many great accountants that are communicative and responsible. Look elsewhere.
