I was greeted by Joseph, as soon as I walked in the door. He was very nice & friendly. He helped set up my voice mail, traded in my old phone, & got me a different phone plan. Great customer service. He was very helpful.

We had a wonderful experience if I’m not mistaken his name was Joseph? He helped us transfer my old iPhone 13 to the 15 ! Great attitude super nice !

Got help soon as I walked in, the representative was very helpful and friendly as were the other associates that we talked with. they were able to answer all questions regarding the trade in, purchase, and payments. They even apologized for the long phone update, which was out of their control. very happy with the overall experience

Walked into the store looking for a screen protector. Juan helped me out and let me know about some good promotions. I was hesitant but he educated me and showed me what my monthly bill would be like and I went for it. Usually when you walk in it’s quiet and nobody is interested in helping, but he quickly greeted me and asked how he could help out. He also went out of his way to resolve a Bluetooth issue I was having. I will definitely be using this as my main store thanks to Juan’s patience, helpfulness, and great attitude.

Was early Saturday and was quickly assisted by salesperson, Amelia and did wonderful job of knowing about internet services. She is definitely someone I’ll ask for next time.

Let me tell you the vibe here seems different! 2 days in a row we received amazing customer service from 2 different people! Not something we experienced in the past!

So wonderful to receive Top Notch Customer Service! I walked in with the intent to cancel my service and continue my service with Verizon…however…Isaiah Perales had other plans! I ported my Verizon number over to AT&T reduced my phone bill & got a new phone! And saved $150.00 in the process. Isaiah was a total professional and answered all of my questions. Had an amazing experience with Manny today at this location.
He went above and beyond to help us get our situation resolved, which took awhile, and was extremely kind throughout the process. He made sure all of our questions were answered and never rushed us. Best experience and customer service I've had at any AT&T location.

Customer service was very nice, clear and helpful. I got attended to right away with no wait. Louis helped me upgrade to a new phone and left me with no questions and satisfied!

Serenity was a wonderful help my phone did not get any calls and she tried her best to help unfortunately asurion sent me a defective phone but she was very helpful and tried her beat

Crystal I believe was her name, was a lot of help she convinced me to switch from Verizon after I walked in with my friend for some issues on his account, I recommend y'all go to her she was really friendly throughout the process.

Serenity, was an amazing help sweet young lady , I came in with my phone not working and she tried everything possible to help unfortunately i had to get another one but no problem.

My sales rep was Alex Martinez. He was super awesome. I've had several reps in the past but none were as helpful as he was. He remained knowledgeable on his products and in the 2 or 3 things I asked that he didn't know he made it his personal mission to get me the best answers possible. As we proceeded through the experience he was willing to give me price comparisons and help me find what worked for my budget and my needs. Couldn't have asked for a better individual to help me.

Great service! Alex helped us, and he was great! He walked us through everything, and is attentive and patient. We never felt rushed. We will definitely ask for Alex when we pick up our phones in a couple of weeks! Thanks, Alex!
