I almost never write reviews. Time is valuable to me like many of you. Time is the reason i write this review. The effort Ivory Garza put forth reflects an unbelievable amount of time she put in to help me. A driver that was intoxicated and was arrested for that T boned me and totaled my truck. Ivory unselfishly put in the effort to track down the other parties insurance. It was unbelievable the complication, the driver borrowed the car, then that person wasn't the owner, her' mom owned it. It was a fiasco of trying to get assistance from their insurance. I don' t own another vehicle and live 14 miles from work. So renting a truck and having to pay for it myself was not something i wanted to continue. Ivory spent weeks dealing with another insurance company. The other insurance company would do nothing till they spoke to all parties involved. No one would answer their phone. Ivory then helped me do what needed to be done for my insurance to step in. Ivory Garza did more than what her job involved. The time she spent is not just above and beyond she spent so much time unselfishly working out details I now feel selfish in letting her do so much. The thing that is most significant is she genuinely cared. Ivory put that genuine concern and care into a unbelievable investment of time. Ivory was pleasant, assuring, and the ultimate problem solver. It is rare to find someone that Cares like that.

Got us all fixed up with Medicare Supplements on plan G. Very easy process and they did all the work for us, they also explained everything to make sure we made the best choice. We are on a fixed budget so did not want to pay double for the same thing.
