Trip has been our agent for 32+ years. He and his office agents are amazing. Always available, after hours and on the weekends.

In our years, we have had 4 major claims. Water damage that was over $20k, 2 roof claims, and a rollover accident that totaled our vehicle and travel trailer. Trip and his office team were there every step of the way. All claims settled beyond our expectations. Very timely with absolutely zero hassle.

Trip Buchwald’s State Farm agency has gone far beyond normal efforts to make insurance easy to maintain. Even with several houses, a ranch, equipment and autos, his office keeps track and auto-renews my insurance! Probably since '98 Trip and his team have helped with everything I've needed from car, home, renters and life insurance. I think I even had a car note through them.

I have been a client of Trip Buchwald State Farm for over 25 years. Him & his office staff Jennifer Quinn have been outstanding to work with. We currently have 3 auto & home insurance with them. Anytime I have needed to add a vehicle or driver Jennifer is quick to respond and make any changes needed & gets me the best price. Last year my son was in a car accident. He was hit by another young driver & his car was totaled. He was not at fault w the accident. The other drivers insurance “state farm” would not respond to my call & continued to drag their feet to close the case (over two months). Trip went to the office on his day off the Friday after Thanksgiving to get this matter resolved. Without them and there motto “help our customer” This would have never been resolved. Switched to Trip Buchwald State Farm office in Colleyville about 7yrs ago, BEST DECISION I've ever made for me and my family!! Recently had a tire blowout that left me stranded on the side of the road late on a Friday night, and someone from Trip's office actually picked up my cell phone call and helped me find a wrecker. Now that's customer service!! If you want to be treated right and known by your first name by Trip and his staff (the way things ought to be), then encourage you to make the switch too!

I cannot say enough positive things about Trip and his team. Unfortunately my brand new car was stolen and within a month, Trip was able to get my claim settled for the exact same price, secure a rental car and facilitate the opportunity for me to get the car replaced. During this extremely stressful time, they were amazing and they were truly invested in a solution for me and my wellbeing.
