The Benefit Link

I wanted to change my Medicare supplement coverage during the open enrollment period. Same company, Anthem, just move to a lower cost plan. I naively thought this would be simple. How wrong I was. It was utterly miserable and never ending. Then I found The Benefit Link.
I spoke to several people there, but started with Derek Jackson. These people are amazing. They are helpful, kind and very knowledgeable. Unlike the healthcare companies, they actually care and do all they can to help.
In 12 years with Anthem, they never, ever called me to help. With The Benefit Link you get to talk to a real person straight away, they will follow up, they actually care about you! How rare is that?
They did more than solve my problems, though they most assuredly did that, they restored my belief that they are good folk out there that want to help.

Have done business with these folks for at least 15 years..they monitor our needs and let us know when we need to make changes so my wife and I do not have concern ourselves with our medical insurance

I am not pleased with the lack of care and the lack of suggesting the correct plan. When I called to get it rectified I couldn't get a straight answer. In fact, with every question I had it was answered with a question. I politely ended the call.
