Chris Adams: Allstate Insurance

Chris is by far the best insurance agent I have ever had. He keeps up with me getting the information he needs. I appreciate all the help he and his agency have given me.

Working with Chris Adams and his team is an absolute pleasure. The team is professional, responsive, and they care about getting us the best deals across a variety of insurance needs. For example, Chloe stays in contact with us to remind us about upcoming renewal and she's always eager to help out with many questions and requests we throw her way. More recently, she helped us compare the insurance cost across several motorcycles to help us with our decision process. She came back with the details and helped explain the differences with patience, professionalism, and enthusiasm. Great customer experience!

I told myself I was never going back to
Allstate due to some horrible experiences
with a roof claim and auto accident claim. I
jumped ship and went to Farmer's but then
Via Hinton-Ramon reached out to me to
give this new agent a chance. Not only did
Chris Adams's office provide me a
cheaper rate and better coverage on home
and auto but he also found some flaws with
my old agent and promised to fully have my
back on claims rather than work against me
like they did. They have handled all the
transitions back to Allstate flawlessly and I
definitely feel like I have a much better and
personal connection with this agent than
with Farmer's or my prior Allstate agent.

I got to speak with Sunny. She was awesome. She was super nice and professional as she got me more coverage for less money than the policy I have had for over 5 years at another company. I highly recommend.

Exceptional customer service from service manager Chloe Stubbs!! She went the extra mile by assisting me with my claim for my car in Lubbock after it was vandalized. She oversaw rental arrangements for me and kept me updated on my claim, even after office hours. She checked in after the claim was settled to make sure everything was working out for me. I really appreciate the attention and assistance I received.

I was lucky enough to have Via help me out. There aren't enough good things I can say about Via Ramon. She is gonna take care of you like family. She's the Babe Ruth of the insurance game because when she goes to bat for you, she knocks it out of the park.

Via was EXTREMELY helpful and kind. She was very patient listening to my concerns and helped me with a policy that fit my needs. Very thankful and wonderful customer service, very pleasant experience!

Hard working, straight talking professional.

Have not had a good experience with this or any allstate. Lack of communication from staff. Spoke with Chris and he was apologetic.. but still left uneasy.

Former salesperson for this company. Terrible experience to say the least. Chris refused to pay me my commission which is money I earned from selling.I also put my own policy with his company to make his business 21k instead of 11k for that month and he refused to pay me $500 in commission. If he does that to his own employees, imagine what he does to his customers. Allstate refuses to hold him accountable so I’m left with writing a review.
