Ideal Image Colleyville

This is my third time coming to the Colleyville location and everything about my experience was amazing! The facility and staff are always exceptional. Thank you so much Flor, Jesse and Kaitlyn for the wonderful customer service. They always take the time to explain everything in detail and answer all my questions regarding my procedure. Keep up the amazing work ladies! I appreciate y’all :)

My experience at this location has been nothing less than excellent. The front desk staff is attentive and accommodating. The nurses are all fantastic and very patient. I have been going for laser treatments for the past year or so and it is a less then comfortable process (to put it mildly) but Katelyn is absolute star and I would probably would have quit the treatments if not for her.

My experience at this location was great! I would definitely recommend laser treatment. It has been a tremendous success for me and I’m so glad to finally find a resolution with real results! I came to this particular location and was assisted by Cristen and she was awesome! Very nice and welcoming. Everything was just great. The atmosphere, the communication and explanation of everything. I will definitely be back!

Love the staff here, it's very important for me to feel comfortable at places like this being a transwoman and these are some of the nicest people I've met. They are all so genuine, seem very knowledgeable, and care very much about how I'm doing before and after treatment.

From the time you walk in you are welcomed by beautiful people!! Everyone did an excellent job, from the front office to the procedure rooms.
Caitlyn did my cool sculpting procedure and I am so pleased with her knowledge, professionalism and over all making myself, as a patient feel comfortable with everything. I want to thank her again for going above and beyond!!

I had a fantastic experience at Ideal Image in Colleyville, TX. Jessie's warm demeanor made me feel right at home, and her conversation during my laser hair treatment helped distract from any discomfort. The staff is friendly, and the facility is clean with ample parking. Highly recommend! 12/14/23 this is my last laser hair treatment.

2nd visit at this location and I was seen by Jessie both times. She is AWESOME. Very kind, patient, so sweet. I'm amazed at my results and I've only had 2 treatments.

Second time delaney has done my lips and I have never been happier! she is so amazing, professional, and walks you through all the steps! Will be coming back :)))) Thanks for the confidence boost!

The girls here are so friendly!! My filler that Delaney did is still looking GREAT! (always ready for more, though hehe) Their manager, Catrina is super knowledgeable!! LOVE this location!

Jessie was SO sweet! She took excellent care of me and made my treatment much more enjoyable. All of the staff actually made me feel very welcome and appreciated.

This was only my second time ever having any type of work done (including noninvasive) - I had previously gotten my first ever lip filler single syringe about 5 weeks ago (at the arlington location by a different tech) and I went ahead and scheduled my appointment to come in today to the Dallas location for my second syringe of filler on my lips, and I also decided to add the wrinkle relaxer Xeomin between my eyebrows and in my forehead to help with my resting angry face lol. My tech Franca was amazing (and she is so beautiful too!) and she really is an artist when it comes to her field of work. Franca was a brand new tech for me because I had previously went to a different location for my first syringe… and my first tech that did my first syringe was a sweet girl and she did a fine job and I was happy with it for the most part… but Franca truly exceeded my expectations and my standards. She did such a beautiful job on my lips and when I told her the things I liked and the things I DID NOT like from my first lip filler syringe 5 weeks prior, she really listened and even agreed with me that what I was wanting instead is exactly what she envisioned for my lips as well. She recommended I do a lip flip above my top lip by using some of the Xeomin cc’s I had available in order to achieve that specific look I was wanting back in my lips that I had naturally before any fillers… but Franca was able to incorporate that with also my new fuller lips and bring back my natural shape that I was worried I had lost after the first syringe. She really has an eye for how each individual’s face and shape can achieve the most natural yet stunning look. She really takes the time to study your features and her attention to detail sets her apart from the rest in her industry. Anytime I come back, I’m definitely going to ask for Franca every time. I recommend her highly to everyone considering using Ideal Image to enhance their features!!!

Absolutely love this location and Jessie and the rest of the staff is the best! I’ve had nothing but great experiences here and am happy to make the extra drive to see Jessie, she makes this as painless as possible.

I had a pleasant experience with Ideal Image. I wish I had gotten Laser Hair Removal sooner. Love my results & plan to do several more treatments including Cool Sculpting!! 10/10 recommend.
