Very friendly service, we went to open an acct and we had to come back an hr later, but the representative was really friendly explained the options I had in my acct, the next day we went for a withdrawal and we had our puppy with us this was in the drive thru well the lady really nice gave him some puppy snacks it was enough to even bring some to his sister 😅 they loved em! And servíce was great first time beeing a chase person an loving it! Even though they have charges on the accts but some can be waved an others can’t. We got the simple one wich is about 5$ a mnth. And the service was so fast and there is less people early in the morning.

After being frustrated yesterday, I drive an hour and a half to this bank to attempt to cash a check they said they couldn’t guarantee they could cash. Well, not only did they cash my check but I also wasn’t charged a fee. Kudos! And they’re pretty forgiving too. Super friendly.

I was scared to come here because of all the reviews but it actually wasn't that bad. The lady helped me within 5mins of me walking in. She was very friendly and efficient to help me with my situation. I'm overall happy with my experience 🙂

Moved here from Dallas and the service is ok not the best and their ATM machines are constantly broken they are old and need to be replaced… been here 8 years and they are always malfunctioning!! On the daily!!😡😡😡
