Very bad customer service in this place. Today, April 1, 2024, I was here to make a simple deposit of money and I had to wait more than 30 minutes. If you are Latino, don't even come to this bank, they won't bother to serve you well. There is a lot of discrimination here with Latinos and if you don't speak English even more so. They have workers who speak Spanish but they are not interested in serving you if you are Latino and only speak Spanish. I do not recommend anyone to come to this bank.

This is one of the WORST banks I have ever worked for & banked at. Management is clueless and useless when it comes to helping customers, running transactions, “guiding & training” their employees. The Kermit Highway location misses structure in all aspects . And the lobby manager who supposedly is someone who has 10+ years of experience in the banking field lacks every single requirement that makes a good manager. This company DOES NOT care about their employees and it shows. I worked here for 4 weeks, did more than their current employees, was never out of balance as opposed to others that have been there longer. I called in 2 times for my sick daughter, provided doctors notes & they decided to fire me without any warning. This place is despicable, there’s favoritism and is unfair. I will NEVER recommend anyone here.

Horrible service. They take more than 20min to help you. This new people they have here are rude.
